- Execute weekly design tasks such as banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives
- Export and prepare assets optimized for both web and mobile use
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables
- Organize and manage design files within our project ecosystem
- Contribute to motion design, creating basic animations for social or web—if applicable to your skillset
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a graphic/web design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — this is a must
- Experience using Webflow to design and update live websites
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment
- Portfolio of polished, real-world work
- Passion for wellness, performance, or mission-driven companies is a bonus

- Adobe Creative Cloud (primary design toolset)
- Webflow (website updates and builds)
- Slack (team comms)
- Asana (project management)
- Canva & Figma (secondary design tools)
- Klaviyo (email and funnel asset design)
