About the Role:
We're looking for someone who is obsessed with creating a constantly evolving and improving website experience. You are a master of implementation and strategic thinking and can put yourself in a customer's shoes to understand what motivates them to purchase
In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and improving the site to drive growth. The Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist will work closely with design, brand, and growth to continuously improve our online experience.
You'll be deep in Webflow every day, translating designs into high-fidelity pages, running experiments, and continuously finding ways to improve conversion performance. You take pride in clean, precise implementation and you bring a CRO mindset to everything you build — not just executing what you're told, but identifying what to test and why.
What you'll do:
Website Development & Webflow Ownership
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Webflow-hosted website
- Work directly with design to build engaging web content
- Build systematic, reusable components aligned with our design system
- Ensure pages are responsive, fast, and production-ready across all devices
- Support landing pages, redesigns, and iterative improvements
- Ensure pages are properly structured for search engine crawlability and indexing (meta tags, page hierarchy, schema basics)
CRO Strategy & Experimentation
- Own the CRO experimentation roadmap — identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, and prioritizing tests
- Implement A/B tests and CRO experiments end-to-end
- Ensure test variants are isolated, stable, and correctly deployed
- Validate that experiment events and conversion tracking fire correctly
- Analyze results, draw conclusions, and iterate
Performance Monitoring & QA
- Monitor page performance, usability, and conversion behavior
- Catch issues and regressions before they become problems
- Maintain high-quality standards for everything that ships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Growth to align experimentation priorities with business goals
- Collaborate closely with Design to bring their vision to life accurately
- Communicate tradeoffs and constraints clearly
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of hands-on Webflow experience — you can build complex, scalable pages with confidence and speed
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, growth, digital product optimization, or related performance marketing roles, ideally within eCommerce or mobile environments
- Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, or other core performance metrics
- Proficiency with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience optimizing high-traffic eCommerce websites or mobile applications preferred
- Exposure to UX research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into testable hypotheses are preferred
- Familiarity with personalization strategies, segmentation, and AI-driven optimization techniques preferred.
How You'll Be Measured:
- Execution Quality: Pages ship fast, look right, and perform well in production
- Experimentation: Tests are well-reasoned, cleanly implemented, and producing real learnings
- Site Health: Pages are fast, properly structured, and technically sound
Short Story is committed to providing equal employment opportunity and a work environment free of discrimination and harassment for all employees and applicants. We work diligently to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, Veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
Compensation Range: $115K - $135K

Spark Digital Studio is a small, creative, Indiana-based Webflow studio. We specialize in building functional, beautifully designed websites that help businesses grow and create outstanding customer experiences.
I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Webflow designer to support ongoing client website updates and new builds. You'll be working directly with clients on real projects, so accuracy, professionalism, and clean builds matter, as does the ability to communicate clearly and represent the studio well. Our clients span a wide range of industries — from dental and healthcare to financial services and everything in between. No two projects look the same, so if you love variety and thrive when switching between different brand styles and verticals, you'll fit right in here.
This is a great fit for someone who has strong design taste, moves efficiently, and takes pride in how their work is structured, not just how it looks. I'm looking for someone who feels like a true collaborator. Someone I can hand off work to with confidence, who takes ownership of their tasks and communicates like a partner, not just a contractor checking boxes.
Hours: ~10-12 hrs/week to start (may grow)
Rate: Flexible based on experience and location — tell us what you're looking for
Schedule: Remote + async, with daily check-ins and dependable responsiveness
Turnaround: Most small requests completed within 48 hours

- Build new websites and landing pages from concept or design to launch
- Communicate directly with clients on project updates, feedback, and revisions in a professional and timely manner
- Use Figma for mockups and iterations when needed
- Maintain clean, consistent builds: proper class naming conventions, organized structure, colors and typography added to variables, buttons styled as primary/secondary/etc., and reusable components where appropriate
- Manage your own tasks with minimal hand-holding and communicate clearly async via Slack
Must-haves
- Strong Webflow experience (non-negotiable)
- Familiarity with Client-First methodology and/or Relume
- Solid web design and UX fundamentals
- Clean, organized builds: correct heading hierarchy, proper use of styles and variables, no stray classes or messy structure
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients in a professional, clear, and friendly manner
- Comfortable working across a variety of industries and brand aesthetics without a defined niche
- Able to commit to consistent weekly hours and communicates proactively if capacity or availability changes
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
- A collaborative mindset: you take ownership, communicate proactively
Nice-to-haves
- Light HTML/CSS comfort for small tweaks or custom embeds
- Experience working within a client-facing agency environment
- Access to Photoshop for batch resizing images
To apply, please send:

- Hourly rate
- 1-2 letters of recommendation or references from previous clients or employers
- A short note on your Webflow experience and how you maintain quality and organization on fast-turnaround projects
We'll invite finalists to complete a small paid test task. We believe in compensating your time even before we make it official.

About One Branding
At One Branding, we believe the best sites are built with equal parts creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. We’re a team of designers, strategists, and developers who love what we do and it shows in our work. We take pride in delivering exceptional results while keeping the process fun, engaging, and human.

https://www.onedsm.com/ (new site coming very soon 😁)
The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to join our remote team for 10–20 hours per week. You’ll help bring our brand and client visions to life through clean, creative, and functional Webflow builds that align beautifully with design and brand strategy. You’ll work closely with our project managers, design team, and sometimes with the clients themselves, depending on the project scope.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build out Figma designs in Webflow with animation polish and perfect fidelity.
- Set up smart systems and CMS structures that scale beautifully using Client-First or similar frameworks (i.e. Lumos, MAST, etc.)
- Bring the magic — custom animations, memberships (Outseta), code embeds, API integrations, and no-code tools like Zapier or Make.
- Fine-tune SEO, AEO (GEO, AIO, so many Os), speed, and accessibility, hitting strong Lighthouse and Core Web Vital scores.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and (sometimes) clients to solve problems, estimate projects / timelines, and make smart, creative decisions.
- Test responsiveness outside of the Webflow platform to ensure smooth performance across many devices and breakpoints.
- Explore new releases, tools, and automations that keep One Branding ahead and innovative — and make our internal workflow even stronger. We want you to tell us what’s working and not working.
Role Requirements
We’re not just looking for a Webflow Developer — we want someone who’s obsessed with the craft, collaborative, and extremely curious.
- 3+ years of Webflow experience (you’ve seen a lot through trial and error in your years in Webflow)
- A portfolio packed with high-traffic, high-impact builds — including CMS-driven sites and custom interactions.
- Fluent in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and for bonus points REST/GraphQL APIs — you know when to lean on native tools and when to break out custom code.
- A keen eye for pixel alignment and animation timing / easing
- Proven ability in accurate scoping, documentation, and time tracking — you take ownership and deliver reliably.
- Comfortable in our digital toolkit (Figma, Slack, Notion, Pastel). We can teach you Notion and Pastel, we can’t teach you how to manage Figma and Slack.
- Availability during 4 - 6hrs of EST, CST, or PST hours, and the ability to manage 10–20 hrs/week with autonomy and great communication.
- And most importantly — a good attitude. You care about the work and the people you’re building it with.
What We Offer
- 10–20 hours per week with the opportunity to expand in the future 🚀
- Fully remote and flexible hours — work from wherever creativity hits.
- USD $50 – $80 / hour, with potential for a retainer after proven collaboration.
- A team that values big ideas, craftsmanship, and good energy in equal measure.
- Paid training and learning opportunities to level up your craft.
- Attend Webflow Conf — with travel fully or partially covered. Based on Webflow’s seat availability
- Projects spanning entertainment, gaming, tech, education, and beyond — no boring builds here. We thrive on projects that make a positive impact in the world around us.
- We fully understand the grind, but also know how to have a work life balance, it’s not a great life unless we’re enjoying ourselves living it!
How to Apply
Please complete the One Branding Webflow Dev Application Form and be prepared to prove your skills with our team. The form will request your desired hourly rate, Webflow Project Preview links, if you’re willing to complete a test project to join the team, and more.

No-Code Developer
ABOUT THE ROLE
TabTech is a lean, fast-moving branding and design agency serving funded startups and B2B businesses. We help Pressure-Cooker Founders — post-seed operators under real pressure — avoid brand disasters and ship enterprise-grade design at startup speed and budget.
We're looking for a No-Code Developer who can move fast, build clean, and never complain about timelines. If you live in Webflow and Shopify, know JavaScript well enough to bend no-code to your will, and get genuinely excited about AI-assisted development — this role was written for you.
You'll be working directly on client projects from day one. No hand-holding. No long ramp-ups. Just real work, real clients, and real ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build and ship Webflow sites with pixel-perfect accuracy, responsive layouts, and clean CMS architecture
- Own Shopify store maintenance end-to-end — app management, theme updates, product/collection setup, bug fixes, and keeping stores running smoothly for clients
- Use prompt engineering to handle Shopify customizations that would otherwise need deep Liquid knowledge — generating, debugging, and adapting code with AI tools confidently
- Write JavaScript to extend and customize no-code tools beyond their default capabilities
- Collaborate directly with designers to implement brand systems and design specifications
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or timelines
- Own post-launch support, QA, and iterative improvements based on client feedback
MUST-HAVES
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience — we care about what you've built, not how long you've been doing it
- Hands-on experience with Webflow — CMS, interactions, and custom code injections (personal projects, freelance work, or coursework all count)
- Shopify store management familiarity — app installs/configs, theme edits, product management, and store operations
- Strong prompt engineering skills — you know how to use AI tools to generate and debug Liquid snippets, write custom JavaScript, and solve edge cases without being a Liquid expert yourself
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals — DOM manipulation, async/await, APIs, and the ability to debug your own code
- Proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your workflow — not occasionally, but habitually
- Ability to read a design file and ship it accurately — no "close enough" mentality
- Self-starter who manages their own time, flags blockers early, and doesn't wait to be chased
GOOD TO HAVE
- Basic Liquid knowledge — not required, but a plus for when AI-generated code needs a human sanity check
- Experience with Framer — bonus if you've shipped production sites
- Familiarity with Supabase, FlutterFlow, or other no-code/low-code tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page performance
- CRM integrations (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Any exposure to design tools — Figma comfort goes a long way
WHO YOU ARE
- Agency-minded — you understand that client work is service work, and quality is non-negotiable
- Hungry to learn — you're actively exploring new tools, new AI workflows, and pushing the limits of no-code
- Communicator — you give clear updates, ask the right questions, and never go silent when things get hard
- Problem-solver first — when something doesn't work, you figure it out before escalating
- Proud of your craft — sloppy output isn't in your vocabulary
WHAT YOU GET
- ₹30,000/month fixed compensation
- Work directly with the founder on real client projects — no busywork, no filler tasks
- Exposure to a diverse range of projects: funded startups, B2B brands, enterprise clients
- A culture that values speed, quality, and learning — not politics or meetings
- Room to grow into a senior technical role as TabTech scales
- Flexible remote setup with a team that respects your time and delivers on its promises

- Fullstack Fundamentals: Comfortable managing APIs, authentication, and data flows to connect frontend experiences with backend systems.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You instrument tracking and analyze results to make technical decisions based on data rather than opinions.
Bonus Points (We Will Teach You)
- Growth Mindset: Experience on a growth team, running A/B tests, or being responsible for conversion metrics. You understand that "good code" is code that moves business KPIs.
- Experimentation Tools: Experience with Webflow Optimize or similar platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Specialized Background: Experience in Growth Engineering, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), MarTech, B2B SaaS, or Fintech.
- AI/ML: An understanding of ML/AI-powered personalization.
What Matters Most
We need someone who thinks like a Product Engineer but loves the fast pace of Growth. You will thrive here if you:
- Ship Fast: You get energized by deploying experiments quickly and seeing immediate impact on conversion metrics.
- Collaborate: You enjoy working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
- Balance Speed & Quality: You know when to "hack" for a quick test and when to build for long-term scale.
- Seek the "Why": You want to understand the business goals behind a project, not just close out tickets.
- Stay Adaptable: You have "strong opinions, loosely held"—advocating for technical quality but pivoting based on data.
You Won't Thrive Here If...
- You prefer focusing on backend infrastructure over frontend-heavy roles.
- You dislike ambiguity and require perfectly defined requirements for every task.
- You only want to work with other engineers; this role is embedded in Marketing and Product.
- You view Webflow as "not real coding" rather than a powerful platform to be extended with custom code.

Join in the early stages of one of the most promising scale-ups in the healthcare space
Healthcare is broken. We're fixing it — and we need your help.
Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.
In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).
Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
