SUMMARY
The Webflow Developer plays a vital role in owning our marketing web presence end-to-end—building fast, beautiful, and high-converting landing pages while also setting up the analytics and tracking foundation to measure and optimize performance. This role blends design implementation with front-end development, marketing growth, and analytics know-how. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain Webflow websites, landing pages, and microsites with a strong emphasis on speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
- Translate Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations
- Implement custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced interactivity beyond native Webflow capabilities
- Collaborate with marketing to create and optimize landing pages that drive signups and conversions
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager to track key events, funnels, and user behavior
- Partner with TechOps to integrate key business tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Chili Piper, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proven experience building responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow

- Experience with Google Tag Manager, including event/funnel setup and debugging
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and A/B testing tools

What You'll Be Working on
- Implementing marketing websites in Webflow. Designs will be provided.
- Improve and maintain existing Webflow projects with new functionalities and pages.
- Develop internal projects, tools and templates (e.g. flowremote.io)
You Should
- Have 3+ years of Webflow experience or launched at least 10 projects
- You have mastered layout and positioning settings and have no trouble recreating a design file 1-to-1 (pixel perfect) and making it responsive
- You work with style guides, variables, components and are a pro using client-first (we exclusively develop with client-first)
- You can build your own page- and button animations / transitions
- You know (a bit) about SEO practices and optimizing for Google Lighthouse
- You have experience integrating low-code tools like Finsweet Attributes or Jetboost.
Other Requirements
- You speak and write English fluently
- You have great attention to detail and this shows in your work
- You can work autonomously and take initiative on your own
- Have at least 2 hours of overlap between 10:00 - 17:00 or 19:00 - 22:00 CET for online meeting (most communication is via Slack though)
A plus (but not expected) would be
- Being able to read and write Javascript/JQuery
