About the role
As Designer & Webflow Expert you own the visual craft across our portfolio of B2B SaaS clients. Design isn't a service line for us, it's a differentiator. You build websites that don't look like template kits, ship them in Webflow yourself, and produce the marketing assets (LinkedIn carousels, video thumbnails, ad creative, decks) that make our clients' work cut through the noise. The bar: in a category full of generic SaaS templates, work that looks distinct is the strongest signal of professionalism a client can show.
What you'll work on
- Web design: information architecture, layout, and visual direction for client websites. From wireframe to high-fidelity, owned end-to-end.
- Webflow development: shipping the designs you made yourself. Animations, interactions, CMS structures, the lot. No handoff.
- Marketing assets: LinkedIn carousels, ad creative, video thumbnails, sales decks, case study layouts. The work that goes out weekly.
- Brand systems: building visual systems for clients (and for Unmuted itself) so design scales without you having to touch every asset.
- Design direction: pushing back on briefs, proposing visual angles the team didn't ask for, and raising the bar for what ships.
About you
You have 3 to 5 years of experience designing for B2B tech brands, with real Webflow chops. Think roles like Web Designer, Brand Designer, or Webflow Developer. You have a portfolio that proves you don't just follow trends, and you'll push back when a brief asks for the obvious thing. Fluent in Figma and Webflow. Ideally you're Dutch.
How we're organized
You work across our multidisciplinary teams. Each team consists of a designer (you), a strategist, a paid media expert, a RevOps manager, and content & product marketing. Together they're responsible for the success of a client portfolio. The week starts with the Weekly All-Hands. After that it's Notion, Webflow, Figma, fast Slack threads, bi-weekly client check-ins, and time to go deep on the work.
Apply
Your first move could be the 'Easy Apply' button. If you're genuinely excited about this role, you should think about an additional action. Like reaching out to Unmuted's founder, a team member, or anything else you come up with.

Competitive profit share
We distribute 10% of annual profits to our team according to our new Performance-based bonus system.
Training budget
We provide an annual budget of €1.000 EUR for each employee to participate in workshops, courses or other events teaching new skills.

Team events
We have team events such as team dinner, TGIF meetings and various other after-work events. Besides, we are leading multiple Meetup Groups that will become more active after the pandemic.
Hybrid working
If you are not working remotely, we offer a hybrid way of working. Mondays for example are always remote (if you wish).

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Web Developer who is focussed on Website Growth to take ownership of the development, optimisation, and performance of our digital presence across Montu UK and Alternaleaf.
This is not a traditional developer role focused solely on building pages. We are looking for someone who can build, experiment, and optimise. You will combine deep Webflow and Wix expertise with a strong understanding of user journeys, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation to continuously improve how our websites perform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-performing user experience
- Act as the technical owner for all website initiatives, ensuring best-in-class web standards

- Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels, lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate data-driven improvements to continuously optimise the user experience
- Collaborate with content, SEO, CRM, and paid media teams to ensure landing pages and campaigns perform effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where testing, iteration, and innovation drive results

- Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity
- Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates
- Familiarity with CMS workflows, UX/UI principles, and web analytics
- Ability to plan, deliver, and own web projects end-to-end

This role will be hired through our Employee of Record in South Africa, MindPearl.
MindPearl Benefits include:
- Medical insurance paid for by the company. Insurance is with KaeloHealth.
- Paid Maternity leave for female employees (3 months @ 100% salary)
- Annual leave of 20 days plus one additional day per year up to 25 days
- Provident Fund with Momentum - employee contribution of minimum 6% per month

What this role actually is
We're looking for someone who owns illumine.app end-to-end on Webflow. Not a freelancer who builds one landing page and disappears. Not a designer who throws files over the wall. Someone who lives in Webflow, ships fast, and treats the marketing site like a product.
Illumine is an AI-native platform for childcare centers and preschools. We sell to multi-center operators in the US, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia, our website is one of the first things a center director sees before they ever talk to sales. It needs to do a lot of heavy lifting.
What you'll be doing
Building pages. Lots of them. Landing pages for paid campaigns, product feature pages, comparison pages with our competitors, pricing pages with interactive calculators, content hubs, microsites for events and webinars. Some weeks you'll ship five new pages. Some weeks you'll spend rebuilding one page three times because the conversion rate isn't where it should be.
Managing the whole site. Performance, SEO hygiene, broken links, structured data, sitemap discipline, the lot. We've started thinking about AI search visibility (llms.txt, getting cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity, not just ranking in Google), and you'll own that work too.
Connecting the plumbing. HubSpot forms, Factors.ai tracking, LinkedIn and Google audience pixels, our CRM. When marketing wants a new gated asset live by Friday, you make it happen without breaking attribution.
Working with the brand. Our identity uses a pinwheel logo, a purple/teal/gold palette, and Lexend. You'll keep the site visually consistent while still letting individual campaigns feel fresh. We'd rather have a site that has a point of view than one that looks like every other B2B SaaS template.
Iterating on what's working. A/B tests, heatmaps, scroll depth, conversion paths. You'll partner with Tanvi on marketing and pull from Factors and HubSpot data to figure out what's broken and fix it.
What we're looking for
Two-plus years building real, shipped sites in Webflow. You should know CMS Collections cold, custom code embeds, interactions, the way the Designer actually behaves on a Tuesday afternoon when you're under deadline.
Strong sense of design. You don't need to be the one creating brand systems from scratch, but you should be able to take a rough Figma file and ship something that looks tight, not janky.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript chops. Webflow gets you 90% of the way; the last 10% is where the magic and the bugs live.
SEO instincts. Page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirect maps when we migrate URLs. You don't wait for a marketer to tell you the meta description is missing.
Comfort with marketing tools. HubSpot integrations, GA4, GTM, basic attribution thinking. Bonus if you've worked with Factors.ai or similar.
A bias toward shipping. We move quickly. The site changes weekly. If you need three rounds of approvals before pushing anything live, this won't be a good fit.
Bonus points
You've worked in B2B SaaS before, ideally for a product that sells to non-technical buyers (childcare directors, school owners, healthcare admins — that kind of audience).
You've thought about AI search and how content gets surfaced inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. We're early on this and want someone who's curious.
You've built or maintained a calculator, a quiz, or some other interactive element in Webflow that did real conversion work.

We're a boutique web design and development studio based in Bangalore, delivering high-quality websites, web applications, and portals for B2B clients across the US, EU, and globally. With 480+ projects across 23+ countries, we work with a small, sharp team where every member owns their craft end-to-end.
The Role
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who takes pixel-perfect seriously. You'll work directly from Figma designs translating them into polished, responsive Webflow builds with clean interactions and production-ready quality. This isn't a template-and-tweak role. You'll be building custom sites for international clients who expect the details to be right.
What You'll Do
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate websites in Webflow from Figma designs
- Set up and maintain CMS collections, dynamic content, and multi-reference structures
- Implement custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools
- Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript embeds where Webflow's native capabilities fall short
- Collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers to review designs pre-build and flag edge cases early
- Integrate third-party tools and scripts (forms, analytics, CRMs, booking tools, etc.)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all builds
- Maintain and update existing client Webflow sites post-launch
- Follow Quixta's internal standards for class naming, page structure, and handoff documentation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience (portfolio required)
- Strong ability to translate Figma designs into Webflow including spacing, typography, color, and layout accuracy
- Solid understanding of Webflow CMS, dynamic lists, and reference fields
- Comfortable with custom code embeds: HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript
- Familiarity with responsive design principles across breakpoints
- Working knowledge of Figma ability to inspect, measure, and extract assets
- Eye for design quality you notice when something is 2px off and it bothers you
- Good communication; able to flag blockers early and ask the right questions
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow Localization or multi-language setups
- Familiarity with Memberstack, Finsweet, Relume, or Lottie integrations
- Basic SEO hygiene in Webflow (meta, OG tags, redirects, sitemap)
- Prior experience at a web agency or studio environment
What You Get
- Work on real international projects for clients in the US and EU
- A small team where your work is visible and your opinions matter
- Direct collaboration with designers and the founding team
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Opportunities to grow into more senior delivery or client-facing roles

About LawnStarter
LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services.
About Growth At LawnStarter
Our Growth team drives customer acquisition and conversion across four brands — LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome, and ProBase. The marketing sites are central to that work: thousands of organic SEO pages, landing pages, and core site experiences that need to move as fast as the team iterating on them. Today, making changes to our marketing sites requires engineering support. That bottleneck slows down testing, kills momentum, and means conversion opportunities sit on the table. We're moving to Webflow as the source of truth for our marketing sites, and we need someone to own that transition and everything that follows.
The Role
You'll report to the Director of Design but be fully embedded on the Growth team, working daily with CRO specialists, data analysts, SEO, Paid, content teams, and less frequently engineers. Your job is to make our marketing sites fast to change, beautiful, on-brand, and optimized for conversion — without needing an engineer every time something needs to move.
You'll start with Home Gnome, building it right from the ground up in Webflow. From there, you'll bring LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and ProBase into a componentized Webflow architecture. This is a chance to define how all four brands show up on the web.
What Makes This Role Different
You design AND build: This isn't a role where you hand off comps. You design in Webflow, build in Webflow, and ship in Webflow. The design system for growth and marketing lives in Webflow and Relume — not Figma
Embedded with Growth, not siloed in Design: You sit with the people running experiments, analyzing conversion data, and optimizing funnels. Design decisions here are measured in conversion rates, not likes
Multi-brand ownership: You'll eventually own the web presence for four brands. Each has its own identity, but they need a shared architectural foundation underneath
Eliminating a bottleneck: Right now, marketing site changes require engineering. You're the person who makes that dependency disappear
What You'll Own
Webflow site architecture: Build and maintain a componentized, scalable Webflow setup across all brands — clean components, organized CMS collections, and a structure that lets the team move fast without breaking things
Visual design and brand execution: Every page you ship needs to be modern, on-brand, and hold up against the best marketing sites out there. You're the quality bar for how these brands look on the web
Conversion support: Collaborate with CRO on testing, spin up new landing pages, and make page and template changes quickly so the Growth team can run experiments without waiting
Interactions and motion: Build purposeful interactions and animations that enhance usability and make the sites feel polished — not just functional
CMS organization: Structure and maintain CMS collections that support thousands of SEO pages and scale cleanly as we add content and brands
Accessibility and usability: Maintain WCAG compliance and ensure every page works well for every user. This isn't an afterthought — it's a requirement
Problems to Solve
Our marketing sites depend on engineering for every change Today, even simple updates require a developer. That means the Growth team can't iterate at the speed they need to. VWO tests take too long to implement. New pages wait in a queue. You're here to break that dependency by making Webflow the place where marketing site changes happen — fast, without engineering involvement.
We don't have a componentized, scalable site architecture The current sites aren't built for speed or scale. We don't have a Webflow component library, styles, or CMS collections. You need to build the foundation — a clean component library, organized CMS structure, and page templates that let anyone on the team spin up on-brand pages without starting from scratch.
Thousands of SEO pages need to look good and perform well We have over a thousand organic SEO pages across our brands. These pages drive significant traffic and revenue, but they need to load fast, look modern, pull in the correct data, and maintain brand consistency at scale. Templating and CMS architecture are the key — you can't hand-craft a thousand pages.
Four brands need to look distinct but share a foundation Home Gnome, LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and ProBase each have their own visual identity. But the underlying Webflow architecture — components, CMS structure, interaction patterns — should be similar where it makes sense.
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
- Home Gnome fully live in Webflow — clean, modern, componentized, and the Growth team can make changes without engineering
- New landing pages go from request to live in hours, not weeks — powered by a componentized library that can scale across brands
- Growth team runs A/B tests on their own timeline — test variations and page changes get live the same day they're requested
- Thousands of SEO pages are templated, maintainable, and easy to scale — no more one-off builds that break at volume
- Migration plan underway for LawnStarter and Lawn Love into Webflow architecture
- The Growth team considers you essential — they can't imagine going back to the old way of working
Requirements
Who You Are
A Webflow expert. You've built and maintained complex, multi-page Webflow sites with real architectural rigor — not just pretty one-pagers. You understand component architecture, CMS collections, dynamic content, interactions, and how to keep a large site clean and performant. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you've only used Webflow for small projects or treat it as a visual tool rather than a development platform.
A top-tier visual designer. You have a strong eye and high standards for both modern design and usability. Your pages are modern, polished, and hold up against the best marketing sites on the web. You care about typography, spacing, hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and the details that separate good from great. This is unlikely to be a good fit if visual design is secondary to your development skills or you rely heavily on templates without elevating them.
Growth-team fluent. You've worked alongside CMOs, SEO teams, paid teams, content teams, CRO specialists, data analysts, and engineers before. You understand conversion funnels, A/B testing, and how to support experiments and implement changes quickly. You make decisions based on data, not just aesthetics. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you've only worked in brand or product design teams and aren't familiar with the pace and priorities of growth.
Self-directed and fast. You take a brief, run with it, and ship. You don't need someone managing your queue or reviewing every decision. When the Growth team needs a new landing page or a test variation, you turn it around quickly without sacrificing quality. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you need detailed direction for each project or prefer a slower, more deliberate pace.
AI-native. You use AI tools and platforms like Relume to accelerate your workflow — generating component layouts, scaling page production, and speeding up repetitive tasks. You're always looking for ways to move faster without cutting corners. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you're skeptical of AI tools or insist on building everything from scratch.
Technically capable beyond Webflow. You have some ability to write custom code when Webflow's native tools aren't enough — whether that's custom CSS, JavaScript for tracking implementations, or integrations with tools like VWO. You can collaborate with engineers on technical requirements without needing everything translated. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you strictly avoid code or can't troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Brand-disciplined. You can execute within established brand guidelines while pushing the visual quality forward. You work with the brand and product design team to develop components that are on-brand, not just on-trend. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you prefer to define your own visual direction or struggle to design within constraints.
This Role Is NOT
A Figma-to-Webflow production role: The design system for growth and marketing lives in Webflow and Relume. You're not translating someone else's mockups — you're designing and building directly
A brand design role: You'll maintain brand consistency, but you're not creating brand identities
A role with a clean starting point: The current marketing sites need significant work. You're inheriting complexity and building toward simplicity — not maintaining something that already works well
A solo design role: You'll collaborate regularly with the Director of Design and the brand/product design team on component development and brand standards. But day-to-day, your stakeholders are the Growth team
Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- 401k
- Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision
- Fully remote: This role requires close collaboration with the Growth team across time zones, but the work itself — deep Webflow builds, design iteration — benefits from focused, uninterrupted time

Jointly is building out our roster of trusted freelance talent, and we're looking for an experienced Webflow developer to work with us on a project-by-project basis.
About Jointly
We're a creative agency built specifically for the construction supply chain. Our clients are building product manufacturers, distributors, and tool hire businesses, and we help them get on specification lists, earn trade loyalty, and stand out in a sector where most competitors look the same.
Our work spans branding, print, campaigns, and digital, with Webflow development as one of our core services. You'll find more about us at usejointly.com.
The role
This is ad-hoc, project-based work rather than a fixed contract or retainer. When a project lands that fits your skills and availability, we'll bring you in to build it alongside our internal team. Briefs, files, and feedback all flow through our project portal, so you'll always know what's expected and when.
You'll typically be working from finished Figma designs, but on some projects you'll have input earlier in the process. Launch dates don't move in construction, so reliable delivery matters as much as the build quality itself.
What you'll be doing
- Building Webflow sites from Figma designs to a high standard of polish
- Setting up CMS structures, including reference and multi-reference fields, and more complex collection logic where needed
- Writing custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) where Webflow's native capabilities fall short
- Implementing interactions, animations, and micro-interactions, both native and code-driven (GSAP, Lenis, and similar)
- Ensuring builds are responsive, accessible, performant, and SEO-ready
- Handing over clean, well-organised projects with sensible class naming and structure that another developer could pick up without pain
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of live Webflow sites you've built and shipped
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, not just point-and-click Webflow
- Confidence with the Webflow CMS, including more complex content models
- Pixel-accurate translation of designs into responsive builds across breakpoints
- Comfortable with custom code embeds and common libraries (GSAP, Swiper, Lenis, Finsweet attributes, and similar)
- A working understanding of accessibility (WCAG basics) and Core Web Vitals
- Clear, proactive communication. Flagging blockers early and setting realistic timelines
- Familiarity with Client-First (or a similarly disciplined naming convention)
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on B2B, industrial, or construction-adjacent brands
- Experience with Webflow Logic, Memberships, Localisation, or Ecommerce
- Knowledge of SEO best practice and tools such as Google Search Console
- Experience integrating Webflow with third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, and similar)
- Headless or hybrid Webflow experience
- A bit of design sensibility, able to make small judgement calls when designs don't quite cover an edge case
Logistics
- Fully remote
- UK-based or working in a UK-friendly timezone
- Engaged on a per-project basis at an agreed day or project rate
- You invoice us; we pay on agreed terms, promptly
How to apply
Drop us an email at talent@usejointly.com with the subject line "Freelance Webflow Developer" and include:
- A short intro about you and how you work
- A link to your portfolio, with two or three Webflow projects you'd like us to look at first
- Your day rate or typical project pricing
- A rough sense of your current availability and capacity
