About Us
Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since our foundation in 1973 we have provided over 8,300 homes through homeownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. CHI currently manages over 7,000 homes across Ireland.
Role Overview
Co-operative Housing Ireland seeks a Webflow specialist on a fixed term project basis to plan and deliver a front-end redesign of our website, while also managing the day-to-day maintenance and ad hoc content uploads to the website. The successful candidate will own the redesign project, liaise with internal teams on functionality, make changes, and manage general upkeep of the website.
What You Will Do
Website Redesign Project
- Assess Current Performance: Begin by evaluating Co-operative Housing Ireland's existing website's performance and user experience. Identify areas that need improvement, such as slow loading times, outdated design, or poor navigation.
- Define Goals and Objectives: Set clear, measurable goals for Co-operative Housing Ireland's redesign. This could include improving user engagement, decreasing call centre inquiries, or enhancing SEO performance. Align these goals with Co-operative Housing Ireland's overall business and marketing objectives.
- Understand Co-operative Housing Ireland's Audience: Conduct research to understand Co-operative Housing Ireland's target audience's needs and preferences. This will help you design a website that caters to their expectations and improves user satisfaction.
- Plan the Redesign Structure: Create a sitemap and wireframes to outline the new structure of Co-operative Housing Ireland's website. Determine which sections will remain the same and what changes will be made. This planning phase is crucial for aligning the redesign with Co-operative Housing Ireland's strategic goals.
- Content Strategy: Audit Co-operative Housing Ireland's existing content to identify gaps or areas for improvement. Develop a content strategy that includes updating old content, creating new content, and optimizing for SEO. Incorporate multimedia elements like images and videos to enhance engagement.
- Utilize Webflow Features: Leverage Webflow's drag-and-drop editor, customizable templates, and powerful integrations to create a visually appealing and functional website. Webflow allows for easy customization and responsive design, making it suitable for modern web standards.
- Test and Iterate: Before launching the redesigned website, conduct thorough testing to identify any issues. Gather feedback from users and make necessary adjustments to improve the overall experience.
- Launch and Monitor: Once the redesign is complete, launch Co-operative Housing Ireland's new website and monitor its performance. Use analytics tools to track user behaviour and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Running alongside the project there will be a need to prioritise ad hoc uploads and day-to-day upkeep of the website when major events take place, such as launches or publishing of reports. The tasks included in the general maintenance of the website are:
- Content Management: Managing and updating content across various CMS platforms, including page creation, templates, and content migration to maximize SEO and site quality.
- SEO and Analytics: Implementing on-page SEO best practices, monitoring website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Front-End Development: Executing front-end development tasks, managing CMS implementations, and optimizing pages for search and performance.
- Web Governance and Accessibility: Enforcing web governance and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) to improve user experience and accessibility.
- Performance Optimization: Conducting site performance audits, implementing optimizations, and ensuring accurate measurement of digital KPIs using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM).
These responsibilities ensure that the website specialist effectively supports the organization's digital health and effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the web project. General understanding of cross-channel posting from website to social media channels and email platforms would be advantageous.

We partner with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the hardworking businesses that keep homes and communities running, and replace fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI that actually gets the job done.
Our AI teammates answer phones, book appointments, follow up with customers, recover missed revenue, and help contractors deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while integrating seamlessly with platforms like ServiceTitan.
Before we wrote a single line of code, we visited more than 140 contractors to understand how these businesses truly operate. That firsthand experience shaped everything we've built.
Today:
- Hundreds of contractors rely on Broccoli every day.
- We've grown to $15M+ ARR in under two years.
- We're trusted by everyone from independent contractors to some of the largest private equity backed operators in the home services industry.
- We're backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.
We're still just getting started.
The Role
Broccoli is looking for a Webflow Designer to help design and build our company website. You'll bring clean, modern design sense and strong Webflow skills to the project, helping shape how our site looks, functions, and grows over time. It's a great fit for someone who has a good eye for design, moves efficiently, and takes pride in producing polished, professional work.
What You'll Do
- Take the lead on our website inside Webflow — from how pages are structured to how the CMS is organized behind the scenes
- Make the visual calls: type, spacing, hierarchy, and how the brand comes across on the page
- Set up reusable design components so new pages stay consistent with the rest of the site as we grow
- Turn our ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions into landing pages that look sharp and actually convert
- Keep the site fast, responsive, and accessible without cutting corners on how it looks
- Handle page layout, SEO metadata, and routine content updates directly in Webflow
- Work with us on the creative side of things — web graphics, imagery, and overall visual direction
- Flag things that aren't working, visually or functionally, and come with ideas for fixing them
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of web design work you can show us — a portfolio with real, live examples
- Solid, hands-on Webflow experience — you've shipped real production sites, not just mocked something up
- You know your way around Figma for designing, prototyping, and preparing files for build
- You think about the user first and design with that in mind
- Enough HTML/CSS knowledge to know when custom code is the right call
- A good feel for responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility basics
- Some working knowledge of SEO — metadata, page structure, that kind of thing
- Self-directed, communicative, and reliable about deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience keeping a brand's look consistent across a growing set of pages
- Past work on marketing sites or SaaS/tech company websites
- Comfortable working with a small or early-stage company where things are still being figured out
- Some animation or motion work built in Webflow
- Familiarity with Webflow's CMS and/or e-commerce features
Broccoli is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

About MESH
MESH is a creative brand agency that helps ambitious brands explore what's next through deep listening, bold thinking, and work that actually moves people. We're practical visionaries, collaborative by nature, and serious about craft without taking ourselves too seriously. If you thrive where design meets strategy and love seeing your work live in the wild, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for a Webflow Designer who lives at the intersection of beautiful design and functional execution. You think in layouts, obsess over interactions, and know how to translate a polished Figma prototype into a pixel-perfect, live web experience, without losing anything in translation. This is not a developer role, it's a design role for someone who happens to be fluent in Webflow. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring brand experiences to life on the web, contributing to client projects from concept through launch. When things are humming along, you may also roll up your sleeves and support the broader design team with production and graphic design work.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, working from Figma prototypes you've created or collaborated on
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma that are ready to build, not just ready to present
- Translate brand identities and creative direction into cohesive, functional web experiences
- Manage Webflow CMS structure, interactions, and animations to deliver polished, on-brand results
- Collaborate with project leads and strategists to understand goals, constraints, and timelines
- Support the design team with graphic design production work as needed (digital assets, templates, collateral)
- QA your own work across browsers and devices before anything goes live
- Stay current on Webflow capabilities, design trends, and emerging tools
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, from wireframes to production-ready prototypes
- Hands-on Webflow experience building and launching real client or production sites (not just templates)
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to troubleshoot, customize, and communicate with developers when needed
- Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and animation tools
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach to feedback
- Graphic design production chops, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Webflow ecosystem tools such as Relume, Lumos Framework, and/or the Finsweet Client First approach
- Experience with other no-code or low-code platforms (Framer, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with brand identity systems and how to apply them consistently across digital touchpoints
- Agency background or experience managing multiple client projects at once
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience, including familiarity with GSAP or CSS Animations

BX Studio, a leading Webflow design-and-development agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Developer to own and elevate our most complex web projects. You'll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and junior developers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance sites—on time, on budget, and at the cutting edge of Webflow's capabilities. Fluency in English and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.
What you'll do
- Lead builds end-to-end—from scoping and wireframes to launch and post-launch optimizations.
- Architect scalable Webflow systems (components, class structures, CMS schema) using Client-First or similar methodologies.
- Mentor and review junior developers, establishing best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
- Implement advanced features such as memberships, logic flows, complex animations, e-commerce, API and Zapier/Make integrations, and custom code embeds.
- Translate design files (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into production-ready Webflow sites with perfect fidelity and micro-interaction polish.
- Optimize SEO, page speed, and analytics, ensuring Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals targets are met.
- Interface directly with clients and internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance, accurate estimates, and proactive solutions.
- Continuously improve our workflow, researching new Webflow releases, no-code tools, and automation to keep BX Studio at the forefront of the industry.
Role requirements
- 3+ years of professional Webflow development (or 6+ years front-end with 3+ in Webflow).
- Demonstrated portfolio of complex, high-traffic Webflow sites—including CMS, e-commerce, and custom interactions.
- Expert-level understanding of Client-First nomenclature and component libraries (Relume, Flowbase, etc.).
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST/GraphQL APIs; comfortable writing custom code when Webflow's native tools aren't enough.
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution across breakpoints and browsers.
- Leadership and mentorship experience—able to set code standards, run code reviews, and upskill teammates.
- Strong project-management skills: accurate scoping, clear documentation, and a track record of hitting deadlines.
- High degree of reliability, initiative, and integrity in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work core hours in either EST or PST time zones.

Location: Bangalore, hybrid
Experience: 0–2 years

About Basenine
Basenine is a brand and design studio for ambitious technology companies. We help startups and technical teams turn complex products into clear, credible, and compelling brands.
Our clients include startups and companies across India, Europe, and the US, working in categories like SaaS, AI, robotics, deep tech, and emerging technology. The work often involves shaping how new products are understood, trusted, and presented to customers, investors, and the market.
We create brand identities, websites, product storytelling, pitch decks, launch assets, and growth-focused design systems. This is a good fit for someone who wants to work closely with founders, learn how brands are built from the ground up, and build websites for companies creating genuinely interesting technology.
About The Role
We are looking for a Web Developer with strong Webflow skills and a solid understanding of frontend development.
Webflow will be an important part of the role, but this is not a Webflow-only position. You should be comfortable taking Figma designs and turning them into polished, responsive websites in Webflow, while also understanding what is happening underneath the visual builder.
You should be comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend tools, and be able to jump into projects using Astro, Next.js, or Sanity when needed.
We're especially interested in someone who likes figuring things out beyond the immediate task. That could mean using Claude or Cursor to solve a development problem, connecting an API, automating a repetitive workflow, building a custom interaction, or finding a faster way for the team to ship.
You do not need to be an expert software engineer. But you should be technically curious, comfortable around code, and interested in becoming the kind of developer who can work across Webflow, frontend development, AI tools, and automation.

About The Role
Full Funnel Growth is a remote performance marketing agency. We run integrated growth programs for DTC and CPG food brands, medical aesthetics device manufacturers, regulated retail, B2B, and lead generation for service businesses. Design and development sit inside the growth team, not beside it.
One of our flagship builds is a multi-market Webflow site for an international gluten-free bakery brand: a CMS-heavy hub with market-specific content, a store locator fed by data, quiz and email-capture flows under a strict consent model, product landing pages that ship on retail listing dates, and a localization architecture that has to serve two markets from one CMS.
We are hiring a second Webflow developer to take real ownership of build work on that account and to support Webflow builds across our other clients. You are not a ticket-taker waiting on tightly specced instructions. You get an approved Figma file, a business deadline, and the freedom to decide how it gets built well.
What You Will Own
- Production Webflow builds from approved design. Pixel-accurate implementation from Figma across all breakpoints, with clean class systems and reusable components rather than one-off overrides.
- CMS architecture. Collections, references, nested content, and dynamic pages designed so a client team can populate and maintain the site without a developer. When market-unique content has to live in the CMS instead of a static page, you know why and you build it that way.
- Localization. Webflow Localize: primary and secondary locales, localized slugs and URLs, asset localization, and the inheritance rules that decide what a secondary locale can and cannot change. You understand that some of these choices are permanent and you flag them before, not after.
- Landing pages against launch dates. Duplicating, re-slugging, swapping content and shipping product pages tied to retailer listing dates, with SEO fields, redirects and QA done properly.
- Interactive and app-like functionality. Webflow interactions and animations, plus logic layers where the platform runs out: our current stack includes Wized and Xano, and we use custom code and Cloudflare Workers where a build needs routing or logic Webflow cannot do natively.
- Technical SEO and site health. Titles and descriptions, canonicals, schema, sitemaps, 301 redirect maps on re-slugged URLs, page speed and Core Web Vitals. On our accounts these are launch blockers, and you treat them that way.
- Tracking and consent implementation. GA4, GTM, Meta pixel and CAPI, Klaviyo forms, all firing correctly behind a cookie consent layer that must not be bypassed. Consent-blocked scripts are a recurring class of bug and we expect you to diagnose them.
- QA and your own bug list. You test across browsers and devices, you keep the tracker current, and you write findings clearly enough that a client can read them.
- Publishing discipline. Staged work does not go live by accident. You understand branch, share-link and publish behaviour and you ask before pushing anything to production.
How We Work, And What We Expect On AI
- You build, you do not just prompt. Our team pairs with Claude Code and Cursor daily to write custom code, script data migrations, transform CSVs into CMS imports, and pull platform data via API. We expect real fluency here, not curiosity about it.
- You script the repetitive parts. Bulk CMS imports, redirect maps, image and asset processing, SEO field updates. If you would do it 400 times by hand, you are not the right fit.
- You write with discipline. Our work labels every substantive claim as extracted, inferred, or assumed. Numbers are exact. Missing data is flagged, never estimated. "It should work" is not a status update.
Most of our work happens in writing. Remote, asynchronous, heavily documented in Slack and ClickUp. Every hour is logged. Strong written communication is not a soft skill here; it is the job.
What We Are Not
- Not a designer role. You will not be defining layouts, flows or visual direction. Our design team owns UI/UX and hands you an approved file. You are accountable for the build matching it.
- Not a template-assembly role. If your experience is buying a cloneable and swapping the copy, this will be over your head. Our builds involve CMS modelling, external data, logic layers and multi-market architecture.
- Not a single-site role. You will move between accounts and hold context on several builds at once.
- Not a hands-off lead role. You are in the Designer daily, building.
Required Experience
- 3+ years building production Webflow sites, including sites a non-technical client team maintains after launch.
- Deep CMS work: multi-collection architecture, references and multi-references, nested dynamic content, CSV imports at scale.
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript outside Webflow's UI, and comfort with custom code embeds and the DOM when the platform's native tools stop.
- Responsive implementation from Figma, held accurate across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints.
- Technical SEO fundamentals in Webflow: redirects, canonicals, schema, sitemaps, page speed.
- Tracking implementation: GTM, GA4, pixels, and form integrations with an ESP such as Klaviyo.
- A portfolio of live sites you built, with a clear account of which parts were yours.
- Remote track record and disciplined written communication.
Nice To Have
- Webflow Localize on a live multi-market site.
- Wized and Xano, or another no-code logic and backend pairing.
- Cloudflare DNS, Workers, or reverse-proxy work.
- Shopify or WordPress alongside Webflow, and migrations between platforms.
- CPG, food and beverage, or multi-market retail brands.
- Accessibility remediation to WCAG AA.
- Agency experience with several concurrent clients and time tracking.
How We Will Assess You
Expect a short qualifying screen with our COO, then a 60-minute technical working session with our CSO. In the session we give you a real design file and a real requirement, and ask how you would model the CMS, handle a second market, and stage the launch. We are evaluating your judgement and your build decisions, not the speed of your clicking.
Logistics
- Location: Fully remote
- Employment type: Contractor (1099), part-time, with an agreed monthly hours cap
- Compensation: $60–90/hr, depending on experience
- Works alongside: Developers, design team, paid media strategists, lifecycle team
- Start: As soon as possible

Hi, I am Ard Raemakers here at GoodHabitz and I am hiring a Webflow Developer for our newly structured Marketing team!
About this role
The Webflow Developer owns the end-to-end build, maintenance and structure of the GoodHabitz website in Webflow, working closely with the Website Platform Owner, Digital Experience Specialist and the wider digital experience team. This role cares as much about what's under the hood as what's on screen — building clean, well-structured pages that load fast and stay healthy over time.
Role responsibilities
- Own the Webflow build. Take end-to-end ownership of the build, maintenance and site structure, in alignment with the Website Platform Owner who holds overall responsibility for site performance.
- Keep the project clean. Maintain a tidy Webflow project — caring about structure, class naming and component choices, and how they affect performance and long-term maintainability.
- Bring pages to life. Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions, animations and functionality beyond native features.
- Build from briefs. Turn marketing briefs from Performance Media, Demand Gen and Brand & Content into pages and site sections.
- Monitor performance. Track site speed and technical SEO, applying performance best practices from the start and addressing issues as they arise.
- Use AI and automation. Use tools like Claude and Make.com to speed up build, QA and maintenance work.
- Take ownership of quality. Proactively flag technical debt, bugs and issues rather than waiting for direction. Consider how development and design choices affect crawlability — including for AI crawlers — and advocate for performance in design discussions.
This role is for you if you have
- Hands-on production experience in Webflow specifically (not just general CMS or web development)
- Strong custom JavaScript and CSS skills — comfortable building beyond Webflow's native toolset
- Strong grasp of HTML5 semantic markup, structuring content to be meaningful to both browsers and crawlers
- Experience with multilingual website builds and how localisation affects CMS structure and page architecture
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and how build choices affect crawlability and search performance
- Experience with animation libraries (e.g. GSAP) for smooth, performant motion
- Experience working directly from marketing briefs, not just specs from a lead developer
- Figma fluency — able to work from design files and translate them into pixel-accurate builds
This role is not for you if
- You'd rather execute tickets than set technical standards — this role means owning quality and direction, not waiting for direction
- You prefer waiting to be told about issues rather than proactively flagging technical debt and bugs
- You're looking for a purely visual design role — this one requires equal care for what's under the hood: structure, performance and maintainability
- You'd rather work from fixed specs than engage directly with marketing stakeholders and briefs

About the Role
Troopr Labs builds enterprise AI products trusted by companies like Netflix, Snowflake, Spotify, and 600+ enterprises worldwide. Our products help teams automate work with AI. What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow across our product websites and landing pages.

- Translate rough briefs into polished, production-ready web pages with minimal supervision.
- Optimize pages for responsiveness, load speed, and basic on-page SEO.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support launches and campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Webflow — you've built and shipped real, live websites in it, not just familiar with the tool. This is a must-have.
- A portfolio showing shipped Webflow projects (live links preferred, not just mockups).
- Comfortable designing in Figma.
- A good eye for visual design, typography, and brand consistency.
- Ships work, then improves it. Speed matters here.
Nice to Have

🌍 We're making security suck less for developers.
Security tools haven't kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.
We're taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we're winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you're in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We're building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.
Aikido is hiring a Webflow Designer focused on clean, premium design and scalable systems. This is a design-first role. You will evolve Aikido's visual identity online, build a scalable website design system, and simplify our Webflow setup so we ship faster with consistent quality.
You will own the website end-to-end, from design to Webflow implementation, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth. If you like turning messy websites into clean, maintainable systems, this role fits.
Responsibilities
- Own Aikido's website design system in Figma and Webflow, including typography, layout, components, and docs.
- Raise website quality by simplifying pages, sharpening hierarchy, and increasing polish.
- Standardize Webflow by removing one-off styles and building a scalable component system.
- Build reusable landing page blocks like heroes, features, CTAs, testimonials, FAQs, and pricing.
- Design and ship new Webflow pages with strong detail, clean structure, and solid QA.
- Work with Marketing and Product to turn messaging into clear web storytelling.
- Continuously refine and polish the site over time.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with high end web design and sharp visual polish.
- Deep Figma expertise with scalable components, systems, and documentation.
- Solid Webflow skills with clean, scalable builds.
- Strong grasp of responsive design and UX basics.
- Enjoy simplifying messy systems into clear patterns.
- Fast and independent, comfortable in startup chaos without shipping sloppy work.
- High ownership mindset: you spot issues and fix them.
Nice to have
- Light motion/interaction skills (Webflow interactions, Lottie).
- Basic HTML/CSS comfort for small custom tweaks.
- Experience with conversion-focused design for SaaS.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you can expect
- Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.
- Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.
- Top-tier tech pay and equity.
- High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.
We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.

About On The Spot
On The Spot Dev (OTS) builds dedicated R&D teams in Poland for fast-growing startups and tech companies in the US, UK, and Israel.
About the team
You'd be joining the small team behind onthespotdev.com itself, our own marketing site and the first thing most prospective clients and candidates see. We need a hand with technical build: Webflow structure, CMS architecture, custom code, and integrations, working closely with marketing and design.
About the role
We're looking for a Middle/Senior Webflow Developer to set up, configure, and customize the technical foundation of onthespotdev.com in Webflow. This isn't a content or SEO role: it's about the build itself. CMS architecture, custom code, interactions, integrations, and keeping the whole setup clean and easy to extend as the site grows.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize our Webflow site: structure, CMS collections and relationships, custom code embeds, and interactions.
- Build and maintain a reusable component and style system with a documented class-naming convention, so the build stays predictable as it grows.
- Write semantic, accessible markup: correct heading hierarchy, landmark elements, meaningful alt text, sensible link structure.
- Implement custom JavaScript/HTML where Webflow's native tools aren't enough: lean, commented, easy for the next person to pick up.
- Set up and maintain integrations between Webflow and other tools we use (forms, CRM, analytics, automation) via native integrations, Zapier/Make, or custom API calls.
- Manage the Webflow environment: staging and publishing workflow, permissions, version history, backups.
- Own the build end to end: propose approaches, flag trade-offs early, fix what breaks, and stand behind what ships.
- Turn Figma designs into scalable, well-structured Webflow components, not one-off pages.
- Keep the site fast: Core Web Vitals, image optimization, script loading, and third-party tags under control.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing production sites in Webflow, not just editing content in an existing build.
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, comfortable going beyond Webflow's visual editor.
- Semantic markup as a habit: you know why a block is a section and what your heading order does for screen readers and search engines.
- A structured approach to naming and organizing classes: Client-First, BEM, or a convention you can explain and defend.
- You build for the site as it will look in a year: components that scale, CMS structures that survive new content types, code someone else can extend without a rewrite.
- Experience building Webflow CMS collections and structuring relational content (collections, references, multi-reference fields).
- Experience setting up integrations between Webflow and other systems (Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs).
- Ability to work independently from Figma designs with strong attention to detail.
- A portfolio of Webflow builds you configured or customized, not just populated with content.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Webflow with CRM, ATS, or marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience building or customizing a Webflow site for a B2B tech company or agency.

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Webflow Developer to support the build-out of new website pages within an existing Webflow environment. This role will be responsible for translating approved Figma designs into high-quality, responsive Webflow pages while maintaining consistency with the current website architecture, branding, and user experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing production-ready Webflow sites, implementing responsive designs, and working through stakeholder QA and revision cycles. This role is part-time around 20hrs per week and fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch new website pages in Webflow based on approved Figma mockups.
- Accurately translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences.
- Work within an existing website structure, design system, and component library.
- Configure and update Webflow CMS content as needed.
- Ensure pages are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain site performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency partners throughout the development process.
- Review and resolve QA feedback provided by stakeholders and agency partners.
- Troubleshoot layout, styling, and functionality issues within Webflow.
- Conduct testing across browsers and devices prior to launch.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience.
- Strong experience converting Figma designs into Webflow pages.
- Webflow Design
- HTML
- Experience building responsive websites and reusable components.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS collections and content management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect builds.
- Experience working within established brand and design guidelines.
- Ability to independently manage development tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology company websites.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for website development.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience implementing custom code snippets, integrations, or animations in Webflow.
- Prior experience working with marketing agencies and formal QA processes.
