The Mission
At Ammo, we build high-performance revenue engines for enterprise brands and high-concept digital experiences for creative disruptors. We are looking for a Senior Webflow Engineer who treats the web as a software challenge, not just a design canvas.
This isn't a role for a "page builder." This is for a technical architect who understands the intersection of clean code, enterprise scalability, and buttery-smooth interactions.
The Balance
The Big Builds: You'll lead the development of complex, high-stakes Webflow projects for global enterprise clients, pushing the platform to its limits.
The Daily Evolution: You will be the technical lead for our maintenance partners. You'll manage the health, performance, and iterative growth of their digital ecosystems daily.
The Creative Edge: We work with brands that want to break the mold. You'll have the opportunity to solve "cool challenges" that require custom JS, API integrations, and advanced motion design.
What We're Looking For
Agency Veteran: You have 3+ years in a fast-paced agency environment. You know how to manage timelines and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Depth: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You are comfortable connecting Webflow to the world via APIs. A full-stack background is a major plus.
Performance Obsessed: You live for high Google Lighthouse scores. You understand DOM size, script loading order, and Page Speed Optimization at a granular level.
SEO & Structure: You build with Client-First (or similar) frameworks and understand the technical SEO principles (Schema, semantic HTML) required for enterprise success.
Interaction Mastery: You can execute sophisticated, high-end animations that feel premium and functional, not just flashy.
The Ammo Culture
We are a high-performance, outcome-driven team. We don't micromanage; we hire experts and give them the autonomy to lead. We value clarity, precision, and a relentless pursuit of "better."
⚠️ HOW TO APPLY (Read Carefully)
At Ammo, attention to detail and communication are non-negotiable. To be considered for this role, you must follow these instructions exactly:
- Record a 3-minute Loom video (no longer, no shorter).
- In the video, tell us why you are the right fit for Ammo and how you approach your work as a developer (your workflow, how you solve problems, and how you handle enterprise-level maintenance).
- Include links to your portfolio and 3 live builds you are proud of.
- Email the Loom link and your portfolio to: dennis@ammo . studio
- Complete this hiring application
NOTE: If you do not submit the Loom video, your application will be automatically rejected. We are looking for people who can communicate their brilliance as well as they can code it.

- Implement interactions, animations, and custom components without compromising site speed
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, and leadership to ship fast and iterate often

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and building websites on Webflow
- Strong command of Webflow CMS, components, responsive layouts, and interactions
- Ability to design independently and implement directly in Webflow (Figma → Webflow or Webflow-first)
- Good understanding of B2B SaaS websites, product storytelling, and conversion structures
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom enhancements
- Experience integrating marketing and analytics tools such as forms, CRM, GA, GTM, or similar
- Strong attention to structure, clarity, and performance over visual gimmicks
- Comfortable taking ownership with minimal hand-holding and high standards of execution

The ideal candidate would be someone who comes from a design background and has grown into development, or from a development background with meaningful design experience. What matters most is that you are comfortable contributing to brand design systems, not just implementing finalized designs.

What You'll Do
Webflow Development (Primary Focus)
You'll build responsive, scalable websites in Webflow based on Figma designs, with a strong emphasis on clean structure and long-term maintainability. You'll help build and maintain our client's brand systems and support graphic production.
Required Technical Skills
You bring a strong technical foundation that allows you to execute independently and think beyond surface-level builds. This includes:
- Advanced Webflow expertise, including CMS collections, components, variables, interactions, responsive layouts, and scalable class systems
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals, including layout systems, spacing, and responsive behavior
- Experience implementing on-page SEO best practices, including semantic structure, metadata, and performance considerations
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG), including keyboard navigation, contrast, and screen reader considerations
- Developing stable and responsive website layouts across multiple breakpoints, browsers, and devices.
Design & Collaboration Skills
You have a strong command of Figma, including components, auto layout, shared styles, and collaborative workflows. You bring solid graphic design fundamentals to your work, with a clear understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual consistency. You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once, switching contexts smoothly while maintaining quality.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Shopify and/or Shopyflow is a plus, particularly in hybrid Webflow ecommerce setups.
- Familiarity with API-based tools, automation platforms, or CMS-driven content systems is a bonus.

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering. You won't just be "converting" designs; you will be the technical architect ensuring our web properties are scalable, accessible, and high-performing.
You will work closely with our UI/UX designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites, while also using custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) to extend functionality beyond Webflow's native limits.
Basic working knowledge of WordPress is required for blog management (publishing, formatting, and updates) and maintaining smooth integration with the Webflow site.
Key Responsibilities
- Pixel-Perfect Development: Translate high-fidelity designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into fully responsive Webflow websites with 100% visual accuracy.
- CMS Architecture: Plan and build complex CMS structures that are easy for non-technical team members to manage and scale without breaking the design.
- Custom Implementation: Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to achieve complex interactions, API integrations, or functionality that Webflow native tools cannot handle.
- Performance & SEO: Own the technical health of the website. Ensure 90+ Google PageSpeed scores, proper heading hierarchy, semantic HTML tagging, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Interactions & Animations: Implement smooth, performant animations using Webflow Interactions 2.0 (and occasionally GSAP or Lottie files) that enhance UX without compromising speed.
- Maintenance & QA: Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing. Troubleshoot bugs and manage regular site updates and plugin integrations.
- WordPress Blog Management: Manage and maintain the WordPress-hosted blog, including publishing and formatting content, handling basic theme or plugin updates (Elementor), and ensuring seamless design and functional integration with the Webflow site.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience building and launching commercial websites in Webflow, and managing blogs on Wordpress (with Elementor plugin)
Technical Stack:
- Expert proficiency in Webflow (Designer, CMS, Interactions).
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for custom solutions.
- Familiarity with established Webflow naming conventions (e.g., Client-First by Finsweet, KNOCKOUT, or similar frameworks).
Design Fluency: Proficiency in Figma. You don't need to be a designer, but you must understand layers, auto-layout, and how to inspect design files efficiently.
Integrations: Experience connecting Webflow to third-party tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Memberstack, etc.).
Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who notices if padding is 4px off or if a hover state is missing.
Knowledge of technical SEO: Schema markup, sitemaps, 301 redirects
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
- Experience with GSAP (GreenSock) for advanced animations.
- Experience with Webflow Logic or Wized.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment.
Soft Skills
Problem Solver: You don't just say "Webflow can't do that." You find a workaround or a custom code solution.
Communicator: You can explain technical limitations to designers and stakeholders in plain English.

In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x'd our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.
Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.
About The Brand Team
You'll be part of a small, yet mighty brand team that punches well above its weight. We've got designers, a customer marketing lead, a social media lead, and a copywriter all working together to build a brand that stands out in a space full of sameness. We're scrappy, we're creative, and we genuinely love working together. You'll report into the Head of Brand and collaborate daily with our Growth & Content teams on the performance side. If you enjoy being on teams that have high trust and agency to experiment and ship often, you'll fit right in!
About The Role
We're hiring a Webflow Designer & Developer Lead to own our marketing website end to end. You design it, you build it, you ship it. No handoffs, no waiting around. If you can concept a page, work collaboratively with a great team, make said page beautiful, and bring it to life in Webflow, this is your role.
You'll work closely with our Brand and Marketing team to ship landing pages, product pages, campaign microsites, and interactive experiences. We move fast and we care a lot about craft, so you should too.

What You'll Do
Own the Website You'll own the AirOps marketing website end to end: design, development, and ongoing optimization, all in Webflow. That means translating product positioning, campaign concepts, and brand narratives into high-converting web experiences, then actually building them. Landing pages, feature pages, customer stories, campaign microsites, you'll design and ship all of it.
Support the Team You'll tackle the smaller day-to-day requests that come in from across the team, and help educate and empower others at the company to be successful in Webflow (designers included). You'll partner with our Growth & Distribution team on conversion-optimized pages and A/B testing. You'll maintain and extend our design system to keep things visually consistent and scalable as we grow.
Sweat the Details You'll optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO + AEO best practices. You'll implement animations, interactions, and micro-details that elevate the experience. You'll manage CMS collections and dynamic content structures as our content library scales. And you'll contribute to creative brainstorms and help push the bar on what our web presence can be.
Work Smarter You'll integrate AI tools and MCPs into your workflow to move faster and do more. You'll pay attention to how pages actually perform, monitor what's working, and iterate based on real data. This isn't a role where you ship and forget.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing websites, with deep expertise in Webflow [in-house experience preferred]
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design skill and technical Webflow execution
- Ability to work autonomously from concept through launch with minimal direction
- Experience building responsive, performant sites with clean, maintainable Webflow structures
- Comfort working in Figma for design collaboration and in Webflow for production
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how site architecture impacts discoverability
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style

- Familiarity with AI tools, and MCPs and integrating them across the stack
- Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, CMS APIs) into Webflow is a plus

We are looking for a highly technical Webflow specialist who is a developer first. Someone with years of full stack experience who has intentionally chosen Webflow as their primary build platform, and who thinks deeply about systems, performance, scalability and craft.
This role spans advanced new Webflow builds, the ongoing technical support and evolution of selected legacy client websites, and meaningful long term ownership of a large Enterprise Webflow implementation for a major Australian organisation.
Education: Working with institutions like Melbourne Girls Grammar, Kincoppal-Rose Bay School, Beaconhills College, Luther College, King David School, Marcellin College, and more.
Renewable Energy: Partnering with companies such as Mondo/AusNet, Origin, Chargefox, Equis, and others.
Not For Profit: Collaborating with organisations including the AFL Players Association, Fairtrade, Abound, Emerge, and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with our designers, strategists and technical leads to deliver advanced Webflow builds that are clean, scalable and production ready.
A key part of this role is taking ownership of a large Enterprise Webflow instance for a major Australian client. You will work on this platform week to week, improving, evolving and refining it over time, collaborating closely with both the IGNITE team and the client's internal stakeholders. This is a long running, high trust engagement where continuity, quality and technical judgement really matter.
This is not a visual-only Webflow role. You will be expected to architect solutions, write custom code where required, integrate external systems, and use modern AI assisted development workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Alongside this core work, you will also help maintain, improve and modernise a subset of our legacy client sites. These may include NextJS, WordPress or custom builds that require a careful, experienced developer's hand, supported by AI where appropriate.

- You now specialise in Webflow and know exactly where it shines and where custom code is required.

- You are comfortable maintaining and improving legacy codebases without fear.
- You actively use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar as part of your daily workflow.
- You are comfortable working with MCP style tooling, automation and agent driven development.
- You care deeply about clean structure, maintainability and performance.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, not just assembling pages.
