We develop digital products that take the first step.
Tasks
We're looking for someone to help our team implement complex no-code projects. Experience with no-code tools such as Webflow, Make (formerly Integromat), bubbleio or Shopify is an advantage, but experience with other no-code tools is also sufficient. - Promote internal products — With the goal of becoming Europe's leading low-code powerhouse, our company cannot be optimized enough. You help develop internal tools or create your own products, which are developed from idea to market launch with no-code.
Requirements
Here are the soft requirements that we recommend to get started with Klarkode:
- Basic no-code understanding — You have initial experience creating digital products using low or no-code tools such as Webflow or bubble.io. Ideally, you have completed Webflow or bubbleio University
- Quick solution finding — You are goal-oriented and have solid communication skills
- Agile way of working — You know how to work together in digital projects and have ideally already worked with agile principles
Benefits
At Klarkode, we know that everyone on our team is responsible for success. So we try to give back as much as we can.
Be part of a team of makers ⚡️
When you join Klarkode, you become part of a young team that consists of certified no-code experts (Webflow, bubbleio, Shopify and Integromat). As part of your journey with us, you'll be trained to become a world-class no-code developer and join forces with like-minded professionals.
Attractive profit share 💰
We share 10% of the profit with our team according to our new performance-based bonus system.
Continuing education budget 🤓
We provide each employee with an annual budget of €1,000 to attend workshops, courses, or other events that teach new skills.
Team events 🥳
We host team events such as team dinners, TGIF meetings, and various other after-work events. We also run several meetup groups.
Workations 🌴
Once a year, we meet our team at a sunny location and enjoy the time. Last year we were on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Urban Sports Club membership 🏋️
We'll take over your Urban Sports Club membership — for flexible fitness and wellness offers across Europe.

Overview of the Role
We’re on a mission to modernize insurance – making it simpler, more accessible, and customer-first. The insurance industry is a $1T market that’s remained largely untouched by the digital revolution, and PolicyMe is here to change that. As a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions, we’re looking for a product leader to help us build the future of insurance in Canada – and beyond.
We’re hiring a Product Designer, Webflow with strong visual and UX instincts, and hands-on Webflow experience, to take full ownership of our marketing website. In this role, you’ll design in Figma, build in Webflow, and continuously optimize our site to support growth, brand, and conversion goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to create high-quality landing pages, scalable templates, and engaging interactive components.
This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll shape the first impression for every PolicyMe visitor, ensuring our site is clear, trustworthy, and user-friendly.
What you'll be doing
- Own the Marketing Website: Take full responsibility for the design, build, and ongoing evolution of PolicyMe’s marketing site, ensuring it delivers a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-friendly experience
- Design in Figma: Translate briefs and ideas into clean, component-driven designs, including landing pages, editorial templates, partner pages, and interactive tools
- Build in Webflow: Develop pages using our existing CMS structure and reusable components, while creating new templates or modules when needed to support growth and content initiatives
- Collaborate Across Growth: Work closely with the Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver projects that align with brand, traffic, and lead generation goals
- Maintain & QA: Oversee releases, troubleshoot visual or functional issues, and ensure every page is responsive, accessible, and polished across devices
- Enhance the Design System: Identify opportunities to extend or refine reusable patterns, improving build velocity and visual cohesion
- Proactive UX & Research: Monitor site performance, run lightweight UX research or A/B testing on underperforming pages, and recommend design or UX improvements
- Work with External Partners: Collaborate with engineering, external Webflow developers, or agencies when net-new custom components or complex builds are required
- Support SEO & Content Goals: Implement layouts and components that enhance readability, engagement, and technical SEO performance
- Experiment & Innovate: Bring forward new ideas for interactive elements, dynamic content, and AI-enabled features that improve the overall site experience
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, ideally with web or content-heavy products
- Proven Webflow experience — building, launching, and maintaining marketing sites (not just CMS content entry)
- Strong design skills in Figma, with a portfolio that showcases clean, user-centric, and conversion-aware work
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component-based systems
- Comfort making light HTML/CSS updates for styling and layout tweaks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify opportunities, propose solutions, and take projects from concept to completion
Nice to haves
- Startup or high-growth company experience, ideally in a marketing or growth team environment
- Experience collaborating closely with SEO and content teams to deliver high-performing pages
- Exposure to paid media landing page design, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing
- Basic technical SEO knowledge
Why join us
- Generous PTO - 20 vacation days
- Access to stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan
- A remote-first team with company paid, in-person socials and the option to work from our Toronto-based office
- Resources to help your professional development, including an L&D budget, performance reviews twice a year and ongoing feedback to ensure you reach your highest potential
- Work with an empathetic, high-performing team in a flexible, results-oriented environment

🚀 Your Mission
You’ll be the creative and technical force behind a Webflow experience that stops people in their tracks. Your mission is to transform ideas, Figma designs, and brand guidelines into fast, visually stunning, and highly interactive websites that feel tailor-made — because they are. You’ll own the Webflow build from architecture to launch, crafting CMS-driven content, animations, and out-of-the-box interactions that make our brand unforgettable. You’ll know when to leverage native Webflow features, when to push boundaries with custom code, and how to deliver pixel-perfect, lightning-fast experiences that scale. If you live for marrying design precision with technical excellence—and can bring fresh ideas to the table before anyone even asks — you’ll thrive here.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of custom, high-impact Webflow sites from design files or creative briefs
- Build interactive, animation-rich experiences that elevate engagement and storytelling
- Architect scalable CMS structures for blogs, case studies, job listings, and other dynamic content
- Integrate third-party tools like HubSpot, Typeform, Calendly, and video platforms seamlessly into the site
- Implement advanced features — custom embeds, tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations
- Maintain top-tier site performance with meticulous attention to responsiveness, load speed, and cross-browser consistency
- Proactively identify and resolve bugs, design inconsistencies, and UX issues before they’re noticed
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to bring brand vision to life across every interaction
🧬 What We’re Looking For
- Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out
- Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter
- Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ
- Curious, self-aware, and feedback-driven — you bring energy, not ego
- See this role as a defining chapter — not a stepping stone or side quest
- 4+ years of experience building high-quality, custom Webflow sites
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed
- A strong portfolio featuring complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations
- Proven ability to make architectural decisions about when to use native features, Webflow logic, or custom code
- Meticulous attention to responsiveness, cross-browser consistency, and performance optimization
- Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS architecture, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and delivering pixel-perfect builds from Figma
- Strong communication skills and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
