What you’ll be doing?
Web Development and Design
- Innovatively develop custom websites using Webflow, integrating technical skill with creative design.
- Work closely with the design team to turn designs into fully functional and visually appealing websites.
- Optimize website performance for speed, efficiency, and responsiveness across various devices.
- Conduct thorough testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess UX and ensure stability and functionality.
- Integrate CMS programs and data feeds into client websites, ensuring proper functionality across platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Collaboration and Integration
- Coordinate seamlessly with development teams to ensure cohesive integration of web components.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and development strategy, aligning technical approaches with project goals.
- Write custom code when necessary to enhance website functionality or address specific project requirements.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.
Maintenance and Enhancement
- Maintain and update existing Webflow websites, ensuring they remain technologically relevant and engaging.
- Keep up to date of the latest Webflow features, web design trends, and best practices, implementing these into current and future projects.
- Document the development process, code, and any custom solutions implemented.
- Provide clear instructions for ongoing maintenance and updates.
Requirements
Your musts
- Fluid english speaker.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Know how to prioritizes your work against company and project objectives and great organization skills.
- Be curious, you love to be up to date with the latest and greatest in tech, frameworks, product development and love being part of a team.
- Be Empathic, to your teammates and your clients.
- Have experience in Webflow. Specially working with a standard Class naming convention such as BEM, Mast or Client First.
- Extend Webflow capabilities with custom code using vanilla Javascript and/or Finsweet attributes and others.
- You need to be comfortable with animations, both Webflow native and GSAP.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Know how to prioritizes your work against company and project objectives and great organization skills.
- You need to know what Agile Methodologies are, but not be married to one, you’ll be able to use the one that fit best for every situation.
No need to have a deep knowledge on everything, as long as you are willing and able to learn what’s missing on the job 🤓
You’ll definitely stand out if you
- Know about Data Bases and have implemented No-Code workflows with multiple tools.
- You’ve held developer or UX/UI positions.
- Share and showcase past work within your portfolio with have a good aesthetic criteria.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience integrating third-party platforms (greenhouse, salesforce, lever, hubspot, etc) a huge plus
