Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Webflow Designer & Developer with expertise in Webflow to join our team. As a Webflow Designer & Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with our partners’ objectives. Your proficiency in Webflow will be essential in translating design concepts into functional and responsive digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
Website Design and Development:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in all aspects of the website development lifecycle.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric website designs using Webflow's intuitive interface.
- Convert design concepts into fully functional and responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Webflow.
- Optimize web designs for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all web projects.
- Implement interactive elements, animations, and user interfaces to enhance user engagement.
- Set up analytics tools, utilize data to modify and update design decisions
- Follow web standards, accessibility and usability best practices
- Build reusable code and libraries
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
Webflow Expertise:
- Serve as the primary expert in utilizing Webflow's features, tools, and capabilities.
- Craft custom interactions, animations, and responsive layouts within Webflow.
- Utilize Webflow CMS to build dynamic and easily editable content sections.
- Stay updated on the latest Webflow updates, features, and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, account managers, and content creators, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Clearly communicate design concepts, strategies, and technical aspects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of websites to ensure optimal functionality across different devices and browsers.
- Identify and resolve any design or layout inconsistencies.
Experience Requirements for This Role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Designer & Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow with the ability to create custom designs and interactions.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve design and technical issues.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in web design and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Webflow for designing and developing websites.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time remote position.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 CAD per year
