We're looking for a badass developer to join our team at Bluecap on a project-by-project basis for client and internal projects. We serve mid-market to enterprise level clients and need somebody that can take Webflow out of the box and build custom solutions using it as the foundation.

- You are passionate about Webflow. Perhaps, in a past life, it was the name of your greatest love.
- You can manage a project from beginning to end with minimal guidance. Ooh la la, project management, so hot right now.
- You pay attention to the key details that matter and speak up when you feel something is out of place or you have an idea. A regular Abe Lincoln, Vampire Hunter.
- You're a great web developer who is fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Talk about a plethora of things you're subclassed in!
- You have the ability to raise the white flag when you need help! Don't go down with Dido and her ship, speak up!
Where will your journey take you?
- You will develop crazy amazing websites from pre-existing designs.
- You will implement custom interactions/animations to create exciting experiences for users.
- You will create tools that can bolster the capabilities of Webflow for internal use and to share with the community.
- You will become fluent in the art of GIFs as a primary communication method.
