The Marketing Department
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. The Career Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative CRO / Webflow Developer to create personalized experiences, optimize the user experience across our digital platforms and improve conversion rates across PracticeTek properties. This role combines front-end development skills with CRO expertise to test, implement, and analyze strategies that increase user engagement and improve conversion rates. You will work closely with design, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless, optimized user journeys.
To ensure success as a CRO / Webflow Developer, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of developing and executing CRO strategies to increase site engagement and conversion rates.. An outstanding CRO / Webflow Developer will be someone whose expertise results in A/B and multivariate testing on websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Areas of Accountability
- Front-End Development: Build, test, and deploy responsive web pages and personalized experiences using Webflow, ensuring optimal user experience across devices and browsers.
- UX/UI Improvements: Work with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functioning web pages. Implement improvements that enhance user navigation, interface design, and interaction on the site.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely) to identify user behavior patterns and conversion obstacles. Generate insights and actionable recommendations based on data.
- Testing & Experimentation: Plan, design, and conduct A/B and multivariate tests in Webflow Optimize to validate hypotheses for CRO and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure all web pages are optimized for speed, SEO, and performance. Regularly test site functionality and make adjustments to improve loading times and user accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align CRO initiatives with marketing goals and broader business objectives.
- Reporting & Feedback: Prepare detailed reports on CRO test outcomes and key performance metrics. Communicate findings and suggested improvements with stakeholders to drive iterative design and testing processes.
Competencies for Success
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a front-end development using Webflow and/or CRO role, with demonstrated experience in optimizing web pages for conversion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js. Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- UX/UI Design Understanding: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design best practices, with experience implementing user-centric solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in coding and testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free web pages.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Google Analytics Certification, certifications in CRO or front-end frameworks, or UX/UI design.
- Experience with CMS: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, wWebflow)
- Design Software: Basic experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is beneficial.
- Expert in Webflow.
