We develop and maintain a range of internal applications that streamline ticketing, content management, and other critical processes to ensure a seamless conference experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Webflow Development: Own the end-to-end management of our Webflow websites, including design updates, performance optimization, and new feature deployment.
- Frontend Development: Build and optimize intuitive, responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Shadcn UI), ensuring blazing-fast performance.
- Backend Development: Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or Bun (with Express.js or Hono.js).
- Ownership & Project Management: Proactively drive entire development lifecycles—from initial requirements and design to deployment—ensuring timely delivery and top-quality results.
- Deployment & Management: Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, maintaining application performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to plan, deliver, and refine new features.
- High-Quality Code: Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement testing strategies and perform thorough debugging to ensure stable, performant code in production.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for code, features, and processes to support team alignment and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on both frontend and backend technologies.
- Demonstrable Webflow expertise, including customizing templates, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing site performance.
- Proficiency in React and Next.js, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or Bun (plus frameworks like Express.js or Hono.js) to build and maintain backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Vercel for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Familiarity with Airtable and Zapier or similar workflow automation tools.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., Supabase, NeonDB, or traditional SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of taking full ownership of projects and driving them from concept to completion.
- Version Control expertise using Git or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with crypto payment processors (e.g., Coinbase Commerce, Stripe Crypto).
- Prior experience using Shadcn UI or other component libraries for consistent interface development.
- Prior experience deploying, optimizing, and scaling applications on Vercel.
- Understanding of security best practices when developing blockchain-based or crypto applications.
