You will report to our Head of Demand Generation and join the Marketing team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers and the size of each department.
Your Responsabilities ✏️
A talented Graphic and Web Designer who creates, manages, and produces digital design solutions for a variety of users, including our websites, presentations, product graphics, events and webinar assets, email templates and social media graphics. You will work in close collaboration with the marketing team and cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales, product, and customer success. The ideal candidate has previous expertise working as a designer for a B2B software company, a working portfolio and is able to understand our highly technical platform in order to best complement our messaging through visual assets.
Mandatory Hard Skills 🎯
- Fluent English;
- Web design experience and advanced experience with Figma (including auto-layouting and prototyping);
- Graduate in Art/Design or something related;
- Previous experience as a digital designer for a B2B software company;
- Working portfolio and/or 2+ years of design experience;
- Understanding and experience with Adobe CC - Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Understanding Microsoft PowerPoint templates and how to create baseline templates that scale with the team;
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
Desirable Hard Skills đź’•
- Knowledge of After Effects;
- Knowledge of Webflow;
- Video editing skills.

What You'll Do 🖥️
- You’ll be responsible for delivering your tasks on time in order not to delay the work of other team members. If there are blockers or new priority requests that take precedence, communicate with those involved/impacted and re-prio accordingly (we work on 2-week sprints);
- We run a lot of events and webinars, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders for design briefs and delivering and maintaining creative packs for each initiative;
- Work with various team members to support the creation of whitepapers, eBooks and blog posts;
- Collaborate with product marketing on visuals that strategically showcase the value of our solutions for our ICP (ideal customer profile);
- Design new and maintain existing web page templates and specific visual assets;
- Deeply understand our platform, solutions, use cases and customers in order to create visuals that accurately complement and enhance our messaging across all assets;
- Create and maintain presentation templates that stand the test of time when used by multiple team members with varied design skills;
- Support team members with specific presentation design requirements;
- Support People team with employer branding initiatives;
- Create email templates, email banners and social media content that improve conversions.
