Role Summary
Lasso MD is seeking a Latin American website developer. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing web designs using the Webflow platform. They will work closely with the design and development teams to build visually appealing and functional websites for clients. The developer will need to have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow's features and capabilities. The developer must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours.

The developer should be able to efficiently use Webflow's tools and features to create visually engaging and responsive websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and translate them into functional web designs.
- Develop and implement websites using the Webflow platform, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Customize and style websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.
- Optimize website performance and ensure smooth user experience.
- Test and debug websites to identify and fix any issues or errors.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with templates following the Client first and Wizardy classes system.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly Webflow's CMS.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Ability to work with the Webflow platform and its features, including CMS integration.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Please note that experience working with templates following the Client first and Wizardy classes system is a requirement for this position. This experience showcases your ability to effectively utilize Webflow's templating system to create consistent and maintainable websites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in web design or development roles.
