We are looking for a hands-on Webflow Lead Developer to lead the conceptual stages of multiple Webflow projects and work with leadership to advance our development practices. We are searching for a Webflow Developer, not a Designer. Tasks
✍🏻 Your mission:
- Develop the best Webflow websites the world has ever seen
- Work closely with our project managers, designers and strategists to bring the projects alive
- Work directly with our clients, define deliverables and present the results
- Work independently on our development processes to constantly optimize them further.
- Pushing the limits of Webflow development to the very limits & beyond.
- You will manage and steer our freelancers and developers.
Requirements
🤩 About you:
- You love Webflow.
- You have deep knowledge in HTML, CSS & JS
- You are very communicative and can independently and confidently lead conversations with customers.
- You can get things done by yourself & prioritize your own work.
- You can work very accurately and also understand and implement complex requirements from the customer
- You can implement complex animations with Webflow as well as with animation libraries (GSAP). You know when to choose which approach is the right way to go.
- You have worked on complex website projects and know how to manage and steer freelancers and team mates
- Motivation and drive to build one of europe’s best Webflow agencies
- You watch every Webflow conference with a bucket of popcorn and can’t wait to start testing & learning new features
