Position Details
We are looking for a Senior Designer with a strong focus on web design and a solid understanding of branding. You will create amazing websites for B2B brands, defining their brand visual direction and creating award-winning experiences. We're looking for someone who's a strategic thinker and has killer design skills, with a huge passion for creating innovative and engaging digital experiences.
Natural Habit
- Creating visual design concepts for a wide range of website styles and industries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with brand strategy and business/marketing goals.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in a wide range of websites and visual identity.
- Able to effectively communicate their design concepts, ideas, and feedback to clients, and team members.
- Understand the needs and preference of different type of clients, empathizing with their business and personal objectives.
- Ability to lead design critiques and facilitate design discussions, workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Able to lead teams, delegate tasks, mentor junior designers, and be a trusted partner for Design Leads and Creative Directors.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Have a strong understanding of design strategy, and are able to use design to meet business objectives.
- Can handle execution and prioritize your own work. Able to work on complex designs on your own.
