We are in search of a proficient UI/UX Designer with a deep focus on Webflow, well-versed in the Client-First framework and experienced with Relume among other advanced design methodologies, to join our team and enhance the user experience on our logistics platform.
Job Description
In the role of UI/UX Designer at our dynamic 3PL company, you will lead our design strategy, developing intuitive and impactful user interfaces that improve the efficiency and functionality of our logistics platform. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will oversee the design process from concept to execution. Embracing a user-centered design approach will be key to delivering superior experiences to our clients, blending aesthetic excellence with functional design to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Qualifications
- Webflow Expertise: Proven experience in using Webflow for the design, development, and launch of dynamic, responsive websites. Expertise in the Client-First framework and familiarity with the Relume library or equivalent tools for creating sophisticated web experiences is essential.
- Design Portfolio: An impressive portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on user-centered design processes and visual design skills. Your portfolio should illustrate your ability to tackle complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes, especially in web and mobile application design.
- Experience: A strong foundation with at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with projects showcasing your proficiency in Webflow and user-centric design methodologies.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision. Experience with Tailwind CSS for creating custom user interfaces is valued.
- Design Systems: Deep understanding of developing and maintaining design systems within platforms like Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design processes.
- AI Tools: Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Chat GPT, Ollama, LLM, LVM, MLM, etc., showcasing versatility and innovative approaches in design.
- Industry Insight: Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector is a plus, but most crucial is your ability to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of the 3PL industry.
- Collaboration Skills: Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, crucial for working effectively with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.
