Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Web Designer and Developer to work on a variety of client projects and internal projects. You’ll be a part of various projects we are working on, in-house and for clients, giving you the opportunity to learn working within our small and robust team and growing your skillset as a specialist.
This role requires someone who can take a project from a vision into high-quality designs on Figma and also be able to convert them into Webflow websites.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website designs on Figma
- Create wireframes, concepts and prototypes for projects on Figma
- Design graphics and demos for internal and client projects such as demo cloneables for internal products, illustrations for client projects, social media graphics etc.
- Convert designs into functional and responsive webflow websites using best industry practices like Finsweet's Client-First approach etc.
- Setup, customize and manage webflow CMS
- Manage changes and updates on client websites
- Collaborate with the team to ensure best practices and make scalable webflow projects
Requirements/ Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivated and problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience, and responsive design
- Proven experience in web design using Figma backed up by a strong portfolio
- In-depth knowledge of Webflow development and the ability to create complex and visually appealing websites. (knowledge of other no-code platforms like Shopify & wordpress is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
- Experience working with Finsweet's Client-First and Attributes solutions is required
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus
- Graphic design knowledge and experience is a plus

The selected candidate will undergo a 1-month trial period with the potential for a full-time contract extension. We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Web design & Webflow development.
