Role Overview
A Senior Web Developer (Marketing) will manage and execute all marketing activities centered around website development, blog development and Marketing technology.
They will work closely with the website stakeholders for maintenance and development of the website and with the marketing team and Tech team to implement integrations and CRM/ MarTech requirements. This is an inhouse role and the developer will be working with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage, create and update websites on Webflow.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team over Figma
- Maintenance, new design, new functionality and page creation of our wordpress blog.
- Integrate webflow/ wordpress forms with Hubspot CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product team in an agile environment.
- Work closely with designers and manage hand off between content, design and development for time-sensitive projects.
- Provide hands-on support and maintenance for technical issues.
- Write custom HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript when required for animations and Wordpress functionality/ Design.
- Conduct basic testing and sanity checks for website functionality.
- First point of contact for Website related issues and escalations.
- Implement Marketing technology requirements across CRM, Website, Platform Integrations
Requirements
- 3 years or higher experience with Webflow or 5 years of experience with visual website building platforms (Wix,Elementor,etc).
- Hand on experience with Collaborative interface design tools such as Figma or Zeplin.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience with HTML,PHP, CSS,Javascript.
- Ability to create animations using css and javascript.
- Strong understanding of Responsive design and User Experience.
- Good understanding of building,managing and project managing Webflow sites.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with integrating forms directly via webhooks, zapier, etc.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and provide out of the box solutions for problems.
- Bonus - If you are familiar with Google Tag Management, Hubspot CRM, Google Analytics technical set ups and tracking.
