Why is this role important?
As a Webflow Designer at Hotel Manager you will focus on building functional, high-converting websites and designing web assets aligned with our brand and messaging.
What are the role requirements?
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow with a focus on performance and usability.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that our website effectively communicates our product and value proposition.
- Customise Webflow templates to reflect our brand's look and feel, including layout, colour schemes, typography, and imagery.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Optimise the performance of our website on a regular basis by maintaining and updating existing Webflow sites.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to visualise the structure and design of new websites and assets.
You’ll be a great fit if you have …
- Proven experience in Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing Webflow-based website designs.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and ability to design user-friendly, engaging web pages.
- Understanding of SEO optimization and website performance tools.
- Expertise in Figma, HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Comfortable navigating the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced start-up environment.
