Key Responsibilities
- Manage retainer clients and complete new builds/projects.
- Find creative ways to complete projects efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and follow directions from the lead developer.
- Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Record Loom videos as needed to demonstrate work and progress.
- Track hours precisely
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of Webflow development experience.
- Skills:
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
- Strong eye for design and responsive web layout.
- Understanding of Web Design and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow directions and work under the guidance of a lead developer.
- Trustworthy, ethical, and patient.
- Solid understanding of HTML and Javascript
- Experience with the Slack platform and ability to work within a Slack environment.
- Available to work from 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to communicate with clients professionally.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
