Creative Corner Studio is seeking for a Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. We need someone to help bring our clients' and partners' visions to life. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing designs that meet the needs of our clients, their customers, and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Build fully functional Webflow websites from Figma or other design tools, translating creative concepts into interactive and responsive websites.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, translating their business needs into stunning digital experiences.
- Content Management: Create user-friendly CMS structures within Webflow, making it easy for clients to add, edit, and manage their content.
- Technical Enhancements: Implement and customize Webflow interactions and animations to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and strategists to create compelling digital experiences that drive consumer engagement.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure websites perform flawlessly across all devices and browsers.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test websites for speed, accessibility, and compatibility to ensure a high standard of performance.
- Enhancing Functionality: Integrate third-party tools and services (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to extend website functionality and automate workflows.
Qualifications
- Webflow Expertise: 1+ years of hands-on experience developing websites with Webflow. Strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and limitations.
- Design Skills: Experience working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to inspect, optimize, and export design assets for web implementation.
- Web Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance or extend Webflow’s native capabilities when needed.
- CMS Knowledge: Ability to build and manage dynamic content structures within Webflow, optimizing for ease of use and scalability.
- Responsive Design: Expertise in crafting websites that deliver consistent and engaging experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay on top of design trends, Webflow updates, and new tools to continuously elevate the quality of your work.
Bonus Points
- Experience with integrating APIs, custom code, or third-party services into Webflow projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript libraries such as GSAP to add advanced animations and interactions.
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Make (Integromat) for automating and optimizing workflows.
- Experience with user testing, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Strong foundational knowledge of UX principles and usability testing.
