About you
This role is responsible for the build and maintenance of the Crunch marketing website. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role which will require you to take technical ownership of the website and use your developer experience to push Webflow beyond its native limits by producing custom code where required.
This role will cover all aspects of website ownership including adding new pages, providing creative solutions to problems, and producing embedded custom applications that drive traffic and help marketing achieve their goals.
You will work closely with our UX Designer, Marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure the website is performant, eye-catching, and SEO optimised, whilst build times remain efficient and meet business timescales.
This role can be either a full time or part time role (minimum of 16 hours per week) on weekdays and hours/days of work are negotiable.

- We need you to have a solid internet connection (a minimum of 10-12 Mbps upload speed).

- Be willing to listen to and act on constructive feedback from all members of the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in order to keep an open and fresh perspective, hone your skills and ensure our company website remains innovative and performant.
- Liaise with other team members, departments and stakeholders to ensure schedules and tasks are well communicated, and deliverables meet expectations.
- Actively search for areas benefiting from improvement to continually improve the experience offered (e.g. performance, tech debt reduction, simplification and modernisation of code).
- Perform a regular refinement exercise to ensure all website changes made directly by stakeholders (CMS) adhere to brand and style guides, and are optimised where necessary.
- Utilise all resources available to produce the desired result. This may involve requesting additional Developer or Design guidance if deemed required from yourself or others.
- Where required, Javascript should be used to push beyond native webflow limitations (e.g. third party API integrations such as Trustpilot, multi-step forms, or cookie management solutions).
- Work alongside our Software Javascript Developers to maintain a seamless integration between the website and aspects of the software (e.g. E-commerce, Free Sign-up, Calculators).
