About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with Webflow experience to build and maintain company marketing websites. You will work as part of the Product Design team and collaborate very closely with marketing, and product development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for iterative processes, including tweaking and testing, a critical thinking mindset and a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills. To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience building and ideally also designing Webflow websites. Please include your portfolio as a part of your application.
You’ll Be
- Developing sites in Webflow from Figma design files shared with you
- Collaborating with marketing and design departments in building out new sites for the company group
- Maintaining website performance and keeping abreast of new developments that the company needs to be aware of
- Providing high-quality dev work based on provided designs
- Setting up and implementing testing experiments and giving feedback on performance
- Providing feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure, and design
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Webflow CMS.
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in UX design
- Experience with conversion rate optimization
- Experience with UAT and A/B testing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing websites
- Strong portfolio of developed sites
