About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Webflow Designer/Developer to bring websites to life for our clients across a wide range of industries—from AI and fashion to hospitality, property and tourism. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performing Webflow websites that balance aesthetics with conversion-driven functionality.
This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes web design, understands UX/UI best practices, and loves building beautiful websites that actually work.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
- Design and build responsive, high-converting websites using Webflow
- Translate brand guidelines, wireframes, and briefs into polished digital experiences
- Ensure every site is optimised for speed, SEO, mobile, and performance
User Experience & Functionality
- Implement intuitive UX/UI principles across all web builds
- Set up CMS collections, interactions, and dynamic components in Webflow
- Build pages that support client goals—whether that’s lead generation, bookings, ecommerce or brand storytelling
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams including strategists, copywriters, and account managers
- Participate in client calls and design reviews where needed
- Manage timelines and communicate project progress effectively
Technical Optimisation & Maintenance
- Perform regular QA testing, debugging, and browser/device compatibility checks
- Optimise for SEO, page speed, accessibility and usability
- Support ongoing website maintenance and content updates

Who You Are
- 2+ years experience designing and building websites in Webflow
- Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow builds and UX/UI expertise
- Proficient in Figma or Adobe XD and familiar with responsive design principles
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how Webflow structures site code
- Detail-oriented with strong creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple projects
- Bonus: Experience integrating with tools like Zapier, or custom code embeds
