The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients and the marketing team
- Build and launch websites and mobile apps
- Re-build exisiting sites in Webflow
- Testing and improving the design of websites and emails
- Assisting in establishing design guidelines and best practices for web properties
- Work closely with marketing project leads to iterate on UI/UX designs
- Work collaboratively in an agile environment
- Provide development and design on internal web applications
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience/proficiency/competance with Webflow
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with integrations such as email templates and forms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A relevant diploma in web design and development, with some experience building websites for corporate clients.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud product suite
- Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
- Understanding and experience using Wordpress
- Understanding of Webflow platform and Figma is a bonus
- Understanding of SEO optimization and best practices
- Ability to test and optimize code for different browsers and devices
- Excellent visual design skills
- Understanding of current web standards and trends
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills
