About the Role
As our Webflow Developer, you’ll be the digital architect behind our clients’ online presence. You'll design and develop websites that don’t just look good but perform spectacularly. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, project managers and our Chief Creative Officer/Product Owner to bring visions to life. And guess what? This gig is hybrid, with a sweet mix of remote work and on-site action in the Greater Phoenix Area.
What We’re Looking For
- Webflow Pro: You’ve got serious skills in Webflow and can back it up with examples. No fakers, please!
- Tech Savvy: Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Responsive Design Rockstar: You know how to make websites look and function flawlessly on any device.
- Team Player: You collaborate like a champ with designers, copywriters, and project managers.
- SEO Savvy: You understand the ins and outs of SEO and web analytics.
- Problem Solver: You tackle challenges head-on and with precision.
- Great Communicator: You articulate ideas clearly and work well with others.
Bonus Points
- We don't really care where you went to school—unless you actually learned something there. If you did, let us know! (And no, mastering keg stands doesn’t count... well...)

Languages and Skills Required
- HTML: Proficiency in writing clean, semantic HTML5.
- CSS: Strong understanding of CSS3, including Flexbox and Grid. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.
- JavaScript: Solid skills in vanilla JavaScript. Experience with libraries and frameworks like jQuery, React, or Angular is advantageous.
- Webflow: Expertise in building, animating, and managing sites within the Webflow platform.
- Responsive Design: Ability to create fully responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
