Job Summary
As a Remote Webflow Developer at WeCare Medical Specialty Group, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our website using Webflow. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web pages. Responsibilities
Webflow Development
- Build, maintain, and optimize website pages and components using Webflow.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional Webflow websites.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across all devices.
- Utilize Webflow CMS to manage and update website content.
- Integrate third-party applications and plugins into Webflow websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Design Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers to ensure design consistency and feasibility in Webflow.
- Provide technical feedback and suggestions on design concepts.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
Website Optimization
- Optimize website performance, including page speed and SEO.
- Implement best practices for website accessibility and usability.
- Monitor website analytics and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow Designer and CMS.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- United States Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
