We are looking for a Webflow developer to join our remote, dynamic team. We will offer either a part-time or full-time position based on skill level of the applicant. You will
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Webflow development.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate.
- Present and defend key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Optimize website performance and responsiveness!!
You may be a fit if
- You have proven work experience as a web designer, especially in Webflow. If you have experience with other builders, please specify.
- You are proficient in Figma to Webflow exercise.
- You are a fast learner and are open to learn and gain new skills in design and technology.
- You are stimulated in working with cross-functional teams.
- You can accomplish tasks with quality in an agile environment. You are dependable, responsible and fully dedicated during your promised work hours to keep up with our fast-paced projects.
- You have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for arts and design.
- You have a great eye for design.
- Fluency in English to collaborate with teams.
- Can easily develop both in LTR and RTL (right-to-left) orientations.
You will stand out if
- You are proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- You are up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
- You remember the code word "blue double-u" and mention it in your application.
- You have a portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant, and beautiful designs; better if these designs are for tech-based brands.
- You have ever created your own Webflow template.
- You have experience with Zapier or Integromat.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal
- Include link to your own website/portfolio showcasing your best Webflow projects. If you don't have a website, send us one link of your most recent Webflow project which you are most proud of.
- Include link to your CV saved on Google Drive or elsewhere.
- How do you perform QA on your work? Describe your testing and optimization process.
