We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our dynamic, agile and fast-paced team. You will be responsible for designing and developing responsive landing pages and websites using Webflow, ranging from simple projects requiring native builds on Webflow, all the way up to more complex projects which include bringing in third-party integrations and custom coding. Your primary focus will be on creating visually appealing and functional websites that meet our business needs and provide an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with a UX/UI designer, a product manager and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and as requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to determine project requirements and scope
- Create and implement custom code to enhance website functionality
- Test and troubleshoot websites across various browsers and devices
- Optimize websites for speed and performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Webflow development
- Write clean and maintainable code that is scalable and testable
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and deployment
- Engage with inspiring designers to develop pixel-perfect published versions of the product
- Install custom code and third-party integrations according to business needs
- Install dataLayer push code injections to ensure tracking of div elements is accurate for our marketing team
- Collaborate across time zones via Slack and our company’s internal task management tool in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Webflow, including the ability to create custom code
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design and development
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred)
- You have completed a course from Webflow University (bonus)
- 2+ years of experience in Webflow development or a related field
