Job Title: Webflow Developer
Job Type: Full-time + Remote
Salary: $250 - $300/month
We are seeking a talented 💻 Webflow Developer to join our team. As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have a mastery of Webflow, knowledge of GSAP, be able to conduct QA to ensure work meets expectations, have experience leading full projects from start to finish, knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD, experience with WordPress Elementor and low-code tools.
Responsibilities
🚀 Develop responsive and interactive websites using Webflow
👾 Use Client-first v2 by Finsweet to build complex features and integrations
⚡ Use GSAP to create animations and interactions
✅ Conduct QA to ensure work meets expectations and meets high-quality standards
👥 Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
🎨 Work with designers to convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites
🔍 Optimize websites for speed and performance
🐛 Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
💻 Develop and maintain WordPress Elementor websites
🔧 Utilize low-code tools to speed up development processes
Requirements
🌟 Mastery of Webflow, including knowledge of custom code and interactions
💻 Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
🔌 Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
🔍 Familiarity with SEO best practices
👀 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
🗣️ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
🎯 Ability to lead full projects from start to finish
🎥 Knowledge of GSAP
🎨 Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD
💻 Experience with WordPress Elementor
👨💻 Familiarity with low-code tools
