About the Role
As our Webflow Developer, your primary focus will be on the technical development aspects of creating websites. You'll be responsible for turning designs into functional, high-performance websites, with an emphasis on complex functionality and integration with various platforms and custom code.
Your Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional and technically advanced Webflow sites.
- Implement and integrate advanced functionalities using custom coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and other platforms (Xano, Wized).
- Collaborate in setting up and customizing CRM systems like Hubspot, ensuring seamless integration with the Webflow sites.
- Ensure the technical performance, stability, and security of websites.
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed project objectives, maintaining a high standard of quality.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Mexico, with consideration for exceptional candidates from broader Latin America.
- Minimum of 2 years in Webflow development, with a strong focus on technical development rather than design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Webflow CMS, with a deep understanding of custom coding.
- Experience in integrating and setting up platforms such as Hubspot, Xano, and Wized.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Proven ability to use collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with WordPress, e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced knowledge in custom coding: JavaScript, React.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel integration.
