About the role
The HelloMe team comprises individuals who share a common goal of simplifying digital banking services. We are dedicated to recruiting industry professionals and individuals passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Frontend Developer proficient in Webflow development to enhance a dynamic firm in the financial sector. We are looking for the right candidate to join our digital team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing for work from home.
Successful applicants will ideally have to
- Take ownership, Implement, and test features based on requirements.
- Define and maintain coding standards and guide team members to comply with these standards.
- Manage, track, and update any work done within agile software development tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Delivery of enterprise-quality software, web, and API solutions.
- Conduct and participate in code and architecture reviews, supporting continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Reviewing existing software, systems, architectures, and processes; providing expert opinion and proposals for improvements, innovation, and automation.
- Track record of setting up new projects from initiation is ESSENTIAL.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications.
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with the server.
- Side logic.
- Gather and address technical and design requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
Person Specifications & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Webflow.
- Proficient in Swift, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience in delivering a variety of end-to-end projects including Technology & Digital platforms.
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with web standards and protocols (REST, JSON, etc.)
- Understanding of agile methodologies, Git, or other version control software
- Demonstrated understanding of front-end web development best practices and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
- AGILE and Waterfall experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong vendor management skills are ESSENTIAL.
- Strong stakeholder management is ESSENTIAL.
