About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team remotely. You’ll oversee Webflow website projects for tech, SaaS, and startup clients, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Webflow website projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively addressing any potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure projects meet client goals and technical requirements.
- Maintain task management systems and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Delegate incoming client requests, such as updates, content additions, and minor functionality changes.
- Coordinate QA testing to ensure websites are functional, responsive, and optimised for performance.
Who You Are
- An experienced project manager with a proven track record in Webflow website development projects.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with Webflow’s capabilities and best practices, including the Client-First system.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for solving problems efficiently.
- Strong communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledgeable about SEO and performance optimization principles.
- Available to work 20+ hours per week within +/- 2 hours of UK business hours.
