Role Description
As the Web Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, crafting, deploying, and maintaining our company website utilizing the Webflow platform. Ensuring its functionality, performance, and user experience meet the highest standards. This role involves both creative design and technical execution to ensure our web presence is not only visually appealing but also functionally robust, offering seamless user experiences. You will be the go-to expert for anything related to Webflow, from initial design to ongoing website management and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Webflow to design, build, and launch responsive websites that align with our brand standards and marketing goals.
- Masterfully manage and optimize our website using Webflow, implementing updates, new features, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Implement and customize Webflow templates and create custom layouts and components as needed.
- Utilize Webflow’s built-in security features and external tools to safeguard the website, alongside conducting performance analyses to ensure high-speed, responsive access.
- Leverage Google Analytics for comprehensive monitoring of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Use insights to drive online strategy, content relevancy, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with content teams to align web content strategies with business objectives.
- Focus on optimizing page loading times and overall website responsiveness to ensure an outstanding user experience.
- Ensure all Webflow sites are up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and web standards.
- Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage diverse landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns and strategic goals, ensuring optimal site performance and goal achievement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service departments to ensure the website aligns with and supports company strategies.
- Oversee relationships with external providers to ensure project excellence and timely delivery.
- Ensure the website complies with legal standards and is accessible to users with disabilities.
- Develop documentation and resources to assist team members in their Webflow projects.
Qualifications
- Webflow experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Experienced in web development and management with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow content management systems (CMS).
- Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) design, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, proficient in tag management, cross-domain link building and practices, pathing analysis, and SEO best practices to optimize lead acquisition.
- Proficient in developing comprehensive test plans and effectively managing a backlog of tests to ensure through testing coverage and timely execution of testing activities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
