US-Based Digital Marketing Company Seeks PH-Based Webflow and Web Design Expert (Full-Time)

We’re a top-ranked digital marketing company based in Portland, Oregon. Our mission is to help small business owners, particularly womxn entrepreneurs from minority groups, grow their companies by connecting authentically and empathically with their audience. To fulfill this mission, we’re looking for an experienced Philippines-based web designer who is also an expert in Webflow. This team member will help us design dynamic, refined, optimized websites that drive user engagement and conversion.
We need you to
- 🖍️Design, build, and launch responsive websites using Webflow and other web development platforms.
- 🖍️Ensure all web content is SEO-optimized and performs well across various devices and browsers.
- 🖍️Work closely with the team to ensure the final product aligns with the client’s branding and goals.
- 🖍️Receive and implement feedback while suggesting improvements or alternatives as needed.
- 🖍️Regularly update and maintain existing websites to ensure peak performance.
- 🖍️Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our websites, liaising with customer support when necessary.
- 🖍️Train and mentor other team members on Webflow as needed.
We’d love for you to
- ✅Be based in the Philippines.
- ✅Have a deep understanding of Webflow, its capabilities, and limitations.
- ✅Be able to work with other web design platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Kajabi.
- ✅Have a strong grasp of responsive design principles.
- ✅Know SEO best practices.
- ✅Be familiar with custom CSS and JavaScript to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
- ✅Possess an eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- ✅Know how to do third-party integrations like CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- ✅Be willing to use AI to work more quickly and efficiently.
