Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-quality web interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visually appealing and practical designs.
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring excellent performance across devices.
- Continuously improve existing designs based on feedback, analytics, and new trends.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to implement modern and innovative designs.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all web projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Figma and Webflow.
- Expertise in Figma, including UI/UX design principles, prototyping, and creating design systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of Webflow—from building responsive websites to integrating animations and CMS.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and other front-end development tools.
