Role Summary
As a Webflow Web Developer at Grubtech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites using the Webflow platform. Collaborating closely with our marketing and UI/UX teams, you'll create visually appealing, functional, and SEO-optimized web and landing page experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
Responsibilities
Development and Design
- Develop and maintain web applications.
- Build high-quality Webflow websites from design platforms like Figma, XD, Photoshop.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional websites and landing pages.
Responsiveness and Compatibility
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Test websites on various browsers and devices for optimal performance.
SEO and Conversion Optimization
- Design SEO-optimized and conversion-optimized website and landing pages.
- Work with various departments to align with Grubtech's brand and objectives.
Marketing and Analytics Integration
- Integrate various marketing tools, web analytics, and social media pixels into Webflow websites.
- Implement tracking codes, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other relevant tracking tools, to monitor user behavior and conversion paths.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand their tracking needs and to provide insights into user interactions.
- Ensure all integrations are compliant with privacy regulations and best practices.
- Regularly test and validate tracking setups to ensure accurate data collection.
Maintenance and Support
- Regularly update, maintain, and troubleshoot Grubtech’s websites.
- Provide ongoing support and improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Webflow Web Development Platform.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX designs.
- Knowledge of Three.js is a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering well-tested, high-quality, maintainable projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Basic or Fluent English level.
- Self-managed, proactive work style; ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
