What we are looking for
We are seeking a talented Website Developer with expertise in WordPress and Webflow to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company’s official website, landing pages, and other marketing assets. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in creating a seamless and engaging online experience that reflects our brand and supports our marketing objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to bring our digital presence to life. You should have a strong understanding of web development best practices. To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our company website, using WordPress and Webflow
- Create and implement new landing pages that align with our marketing campaigns and goals
- Ensure website design and functionality align with the company’s branding and user experience standards
- Optimize website performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, and SEO
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to translate visual designs into functional web pages
- Conduct regular website audits and troubleshoot issues related to website functionality or design
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices to continuously improve our website
- Ensure website security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in website development with a strong focus on WordPress and Webflow
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating and managing website infrastructure
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with excellent communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus
- Familiarity with web hosting and domain management
