What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Webflow Mastery – Build advanced, high-performance Webflow websites with CMS, animations, and custom interactions.
- ✔️ WordPress Development – Work with WordPress (Elementor experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- ✔️ AI & Automation – Implement AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and site performance.
- ✔️ Logical Problem-Solving – Find smart solutions for complex website requirements.
- ✔️ Pixel-Perfect Execution – If a button is misaligned by 1px, it bothers you.
- ✔️ Independent Work Ethic – We’re here for collaboration, not micro-management.
- ✔️ Performance Optimization – Ensure lightning-fast, SEO-friendly websites.
Who We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- ✅ Expert-level Webflow skills – Not just “familiar,” but fluent in Webflow.
- ✅ Strong WordPress experience – You can build solid, scalable WP sites.
- ✅ Custom Code Ability – Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to push Webflow & WordPress beyond their limits.
- ✅ Attention to Detail – You catch mistakes before anyone else does.
- ✅ AI & Automation Experience – You’ve worked with AI-powered tools (or can figure them out fast).
- ✅ Logical, Independent Thinker – You don’t need someone to spell out every step.
- ✅ Portfolio Required – Show us real projects that prove your skills.
