We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer who specializes in Webflow and Figma. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using these design tools. Your ability to combine creativity with technical expertise will be vital in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
We are looking for polarizing and creative characters. This is not a position for someone that looks for another gig, trying to make a quick buck. You are excited and stretching the limits of your capability, this is for you!

Responsibilities
- Utilize WordPress, Webflow, and Figma to design and develop innovative, responsive websites that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure seamless integration of the design and user interface elements
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
- Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into compelling and engaging digital experiences
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and users
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio highlighting previous work in Webflow and Figma
- Expert knowledge in Adobe, WordPress, Webflow and Figma, including proficiency in designing and developing responsive websites
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement design elements using these technologies
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to balance creativity with technical constraints
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
