We’re a 20+ people, design-centric software agency. Our Team members are mostly based out of Poland, working globally with some of the hottest names in tech since we were founded in 2020.
For a permanent position within our team, we are looking for an Aspiring No-Code Developer with a background in web/UI design and a passion for learning one of our no-code tools of choice under our Senior and Lead specialists.
Primary tools
- Design: Figma
- No-code: Framer (and/or Webflow)
- Communication & other: Slack, Linear, Notion, Harvest, 1Password, Float, and more
Tasks
- Contribute to and implement website designs via a no-code tool - primarily Framer, optionally Webflow ("learn on the job", working alongside a mentor)
- Design websites in accordance with industry standards
Requirements
Tech requirements
- ✔️ A background in web/UI/UX/brand/product design, at least a year of relevant commercial experience highly preferred
- ✔️ Willingness to learn a no-code tool - preferably Framer (some experience with it will be a big plus), optionally Webflow
- ✔️ A keen eye for detail, an ability to breathe life into a website via subtle animations / scroll effects
- ✔️ Genuine curiosity and willingness to continuously grow and evolve with the role — eagerness for feedback, appreciation of the iterative process of designing and building products
- ✔️ Strong sense of ethics
- ✔️ A portfolio of your previous web, brand, UX/UI, and/or no-code projects

Compensation

Based on experience, starting at 4242 PLN
- B2B: net + VAT

What does our recruitment process look like?

- Video call with our Project Manager or Head of Delivery & Partnerships to get to know each other
- Video call with our Design Lead and/or No-code Lead, during which you will be able to showcase your portfolio, past experience, design & no-code knowledge, talk about your career goals, and ask us questions about this opportunity
