Here at emd:digital, we’ve had continued success in 2022 and we're now looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our small team.
A bit about us
We’re emd:digital, an established digital design & development agency specialising in web design & development with a range of clients in FMCG, Sports & Entertainment, Property, Hospitality, Financial Services, Health, Technology and more. We love working with our clients to create immersive, thought provoking websites from ideation & conceptualisation to design & development all the way through to launch. Being a tight knit crew, we have established a friendly, inviting, collaborative & creative working environment in a newly refurbished agency fit-out featuring a fully stocked beer fridge, putting green, break out lounge area & private balcony.
A bit about you
You have a passion for being creative and thinking on your feet. You have recently completed a design related course and you are champing at the bit to be a part of a fun agency environment. You have a thirst for learning new technologies and love all things design & digital. A “can-do” problem solving attitude is a must.
The nitty gritty
- You've recently completed a design related course or have been working in the industry for 1+ year
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects
- Experience using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Awesome design skills
- An instinctive passion for design and a desire to stay current and up to date with design trends & tools
- Ability to take initiative & problem solving with a thirst for learning cool new things
What you’ll be doing
- Conceptualising cool, creative ideas with the team
- Learning new web building technologies inc Webflow & WIX
- Creating visual designs for websites
- Communicating feedback and project progress with the internal team
- Learning & discovering methods of achieving design & development objectives

Remuneration
The salary range for this role is between $50k to $65k +super based on experience.
