We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for building responsive, SEO-friendly sites that are fast, maintainable, and easy to update. You’ll work alongside designers, PMs, and senior devs to bring designs to life—while helping us push what’s possible in Webflow.
What You’ll Do
- Build SEO-friendly, high-performance Webflow websites that work beautifully across all devices and browsers
- Create clean, scalable CMS structures and reusable components to empower clients to manage their content with confidence
- Develop flexible templates and page-building systems using pre-designed components
- Follow the Client-First system to ensure every build is easy to maintain and extend
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to deliver pixel-perfect, functional sites
- Use custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance functionality or integrate third-party tools when needed
- Test and debug sites to ensure smooth performance and compatibility across environments
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Webflow skills and a portfolio of clean, responsive builds
- Experience using the Client-First system to structure scalable, organised projects
- Confident writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom features or logic
- A sharp eye for detail and performance — you care about structure, speed, and clarity
- A strong communicator who’s comfortable collaborating across design, dev, and project management
- Available 30+ hours per week within ±2 hours of UK business hours
- Happy to work independently or alongside a senior developer on more complex builds
