We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Webflow Designer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in Webflow who are eager to learn and enhance their skills while working on exciting real-world projects. You will collaborate with our team to create visually stunning and highly functional websites, including a new project focused on promoting fine art and luxury interior design.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Webflow Designer at Coders Boutique. The Junior Webflow Designer will be responsible for creating visually captivating web designs using Webflow, coding clean and efficient solutions, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design and development teams, implementing design concepts, and optimizing website performance.
- Work with the team to design and develop websites using Webflow.
- Create and customize templates, layouts, and CMS collections.
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for different devices.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists and content creators to align design with website goals.
- Stay updated on Webflow updates, design trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in Webflow design (freshers with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply).
- Education: A degree in design, web development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: A basic understanding of Webflow and responsive web design principles. Familiarity with creating and customizing templates, layouts, and CMS collections. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Attributes: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong discipline and focus to dedicate 8 hours a day to the role.
