Role
- Design new pages based on existing wireframes. Sometimes you will be provided with style systems and brand guidelines, while other times you will need to design from scratch using inspiration sites.
- Transform Figma designs into structured design systems with clearly named variables and components.
- Focus on design for SaaS and tech companies.
Availability & Communication
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- Available a minimum of 10 hours a week.
- At least 2 hours of overlap between 10:00–17:00 or 19:00–21:00 CEST for occasional online meetings (most communication is via Slack).
Required Skills
- Experience: 2+ years as a UX/UI designer or a portfolio showcasing at least 10 completed websites.
- Figma Expertise: Proficient in using variables, auto-layout, components, and creating design systems.
- Design Principles: Strong grasp of layout, composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and balance.
- Micro-Interactions: Ability to prototype animations or micro-interactions using Figma.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with designing for Webflow.
- Knowledge of tools like Relume to optimize workflows.
- Awareness of common UX patterns for conversion rate optimization.
- Experience creating product mockup illustrations.
