Location: Cape Town (Somerset West or surrounds) or Pretoria (Menlyn Maine or surrounds)
Salary Range: R35,000 - R60,000 per month.
About the Role
DoubleShift is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Webflow Designer with strong coding abilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities and be able to bring designs to life, while also having the ability to customize and extend Webflow's functionality through custom code.
Key Responsibilities
Webflow Development
- Design and develop high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to translate design concepts into functional, pixel-perfect websites.
- Optimize websites for performance and SEO.
Custom Code Integration
- Write custom CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to extend Webflow's functionality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into Webflow projects.
- Troubleshoot and debug code issues.
Front-End Development
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Stay Updated
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Webflow development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Sketch.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
