What’s it mean to be a Sr. Webflow Designer+Developer at ThreeSixtyEight?
We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Webflow Designer and Developer to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker who can build exceptional website experiences that are engaging and also systematically structured. Using Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP, and other custom code, you will deliver projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital experiences and websites.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Webflow, JavaScript, CSS, GSAP and other custom code.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in creating highly interactive and visually appealing websites.
- Familiarity with the Lumos Framework and a keen understanding of structured file management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- An analytical approach to design, passionate about using data to inform decisions and improve user interactions.
- Solution-oriented problem solver who figures out how to do what needs to be done.
- Willing to travel to HQ or client meetings when necessary

Work Environment
This is a remote-friendly, full-time position with the expectation for working hours of 8:30-5:30 CT. The candidate should be open to occasional travel as needed. The individual who fills this role will be expected to ensure high speed internet access is in place in order to perform in this position.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and view a computer monitor for extended periods. Lifting up to 30+lbs occurs occasionally.
