We are looking for a Sr. Webflow Designer (UI/UX) to focus on our Socius product design. Socius Marketing is a rapidly scaling digital marketing agency servicing the home improvement, home services, and health care industries. We are focused on driving results for our clients through data-driven, ROI-focused organic and paid media campaigns. Our services include paid media, including search, social, programmatic, search engine optimization (SEO), content development, and website design & development.
We are in search of an accomplished website and UX design expert to drive our website product design and development process. The ideal candidate will combine creative leadership with exceptional design prowess, taking charge of our website and directories design projects while providing valuable guidance to Webflow designers. Your role involves crafting and enhancing client websites using our proprietary Webflow templates, implementing UX design strategies to enhance website templates, and building custom sites.
Your passion for providing clients with high quality products, coupled with your devotion to optimal web design and customer satisfaction, will make you an invaluable asset. As a strategic thinker, you possess the hands-on capability to turn ideas into actionable results. A deep comprehension of design principles, user experience, collaborative team dynamics, and excellent project management define your skill set. Expertise in Webflow and front-end web development technologies, encompassing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is paramount. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of exceptional web and directory designs to clients, imparting industry-leading insights into digital marketing practices.
- Leverage our proprietary design templates on the Webflow platform to construct compelling websites for clients.
- Implement proven UX strategies to increase conversions on landing pages
- Provide constructive feedback and meticulously review the work of junior designers when needed.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere within the team, ensuring the precision and coherence of all projects.
- Strategically manage website project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to keep designers and projects on track.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest Webflow and UX techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Sr. Product Design Manager on strategic UI/UX projects within the organization.
- Translate website designs into reality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, implementing responsive and interactive elements.
- Engage directly with clients to fulfill project requirements regarding custom website development in Webflow.
- Tailor Webflow templates to align with specific client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and adeptly resolve any website-related issues that arise.
- Enhance website accessibility, speed, and overall performance through meticulous optimization.
- Stay up to date on emerging design development trends and technologies.
- Share responsibility for coaching and training Webflow designers, instilling them with design excellence and industry best practices.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role
- A minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience in Webflow and web design and 2+ years of UX design on multiple mediums
- Proficiency and mastery of the Webflow Platform and Figma
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A profound comprehension of web design principles, attuned to responsive design imperatives.
- Exemplary attention to detail, leaving no aspect unexamined.
- Adept at both autonomous work and effective collaboration within a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering clear and productive exchanges.
- Proven track record of managing website projects, meeting deadlines, and keeping designers on track.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in other web development tools, including WordPress and additional proficiency with Webflow.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Knowledgeable about website optimization techniques, encompassing SEO and website speed enhancement.
Where
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
