As a Digital Designer specialising in UI and UX with Webflow experience, you’ll drive the creation of visually stunning, user-centred digital experiences, taking the lead on projects from concept through to final product.
About The Role
This role is perfect for a designer and digital producer with a strong grasp of UI and UX principles. While front-end design knowledge is welcomed, the primary focus is on design, user experience, and digital project management. You’ll work closely with our Head of Technology, Head of Strategy, and various client teams to ensure all deliverables are polished, on-brand, and optimised for seamless user interaction.
With a deep understanding of digital design, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of web pages and digital content using Webflow, crafting experiences that align with client goals and enhance user engagement.
A Typical Day
You’ll oversee all aspects of digital production and design, including:
- Leading creative project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Designing and developing responsive Webflow sites that engage and delight users
- Collaborating with strategists, developers, and clients to align on design objectives and functionality
- Crafting wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that reflect user-centred design principles
- Producing and optimising digital content, integrating UX elements that contribute to a smooth, visually engaging user experience
Experience & Core Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a digital or ad agency environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing design and digital production work
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Emphasis on intuitive design and aesthetic appeal
- Proficient in Webflow for creating and managing digital experiences
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Understanding of front-end design (HTML/CSS knowledge welcomed) to aid in collaboration
Technical Skills
- Expert in Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite for high-quality digital design and production
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in UI/UX prototyping tools to bring digital concepts to life
Project Management & Digital Production
- Strong organisational skills, able to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables from start to finish
- Experience in leading digital projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
- Skilled in digital production, coordinating with creatives and clients to bring designs to life
Writing & Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting designs and gathering feedback
- Confidence in presenting and explaining design decisions to clients with a clear, user-focused rationale
