About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Webflow developer and brand design specialist to join our small, but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Webflow development, graphic design, UI/UX design and marketing material creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Homepage Refresh: Lead the redesign and optimization of our website's homepage.
- Blog Updates: Improve the visual layouts and design elements of our blog pages, ensuring a pleasing aesthetic.
- Pitch Deck: Enhance visual elements of our pitch deck to improve its overall impact.
- Provider Collateral: Create visually engaging email templates and FAQ one-pagers for marketing materials and communications.
- Logo Redesign: Refine and enhance our logo for better branding alignment.
- LinkedIn Assets: Design professional LinkedIn banners and email signatures to strengthen our online presence.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow development.
- Expert knowledge of design software (e.g., Figma).
- Understanding of color theory and typography, especially in the context of healthcare and mental health services.
- Ability to create cohesive branding across various digital and print media.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate client needs into effective design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in web design.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
