Dentolo is one of the fastest-growing insurance scale-ups in Europe and we are now looking for a Web Designer to join our marketing team.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and innovative digital experiences. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to drive the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Building exciting user-centric customer journeys for our insurance products inside Webflow, across different devices and browsers
- Working on new ideas to improve customer journey and drive A/B-Testing in collaboration with the team
- Designing and developing new features to enhance our digital products and services
- Contributing to the growth of our product portfolio through creative and user-centric and mobile-first designs on the Webflow platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate marketing requirements into compelling, user-friendly designs
- Creating, maintaining, and optimizing various landing pages and microsites for marketing campaigns
- Supporting in maintaining our Webflow infrastructure and deploying best practices
- Executing design strategies that align with brand guidelines and enhance brand identity across all digital platforms
- Conducting regular analysis and reporting on the performance of designed elements, utilizing insights to drive improvements
Requirements
- Experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio showcasing Webflow designs
- Proficiency in Webflow and the ability to design and develop custom interactions and animations within the platform
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for fine-tuning and customization, with a bonus if familiar with JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile optimization
- Experience in user-centered designs and best practices in UX
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting project deadlines
- Pet lover (especially cats & dogs)
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Located in Berlin
