Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of web development principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our websites primarily using Webflow, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. While experience with WordPress is a plus, proficiency in Webflow is a must.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and effective web pages.
- Implement design changes and updates to existing websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed and SEO.
- Conduct regular site maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation for web projects.
- Design marketing materials, such as banners, landing pages, and email templates, between web project sprints.
- Assist in the development of graphic elements for web use.
Qualification & Experience
- Only Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident may apply.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer/Web Developer.
- High proficiency in Webflow.
- Ability to learn Relume & Webflow and other related plugins.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Basic understanding of server-side languages and databases.
- Experience with WordPress (as a plus).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Bonus skills: Graphic design for web elements, advanced web optimization techniques, and experience with Next.js.
