Tawkify is looking for a great new team addition who is an expert Webflow designer. This role is part of a core team working on significant content, design and ecosystem refinements.
We are a fully-remote, US-based dating services company providing singles an individualized path to a successful, committed relationship.
Seeking individual contractor (no agencies) to serve as an ongoing, hourly-rate contract or a potential permanent opportunity.
To qualify
- must have minimum of 3 years Webflow experience
- must have minimum of 7 years web design experience
- recent portfolio showing Webflow work that was individually created for multiple clients/industries
- can easily translate business needs into digital solutions
- fluent in design theory for contemporary websites
- fluent in creating site design comps, implementing, testing, releasing, ensuring data hooks/codes/pixels working
- exceptional with landing page design for B2C service offering conversion
- able to have Zoom meetings in US hours
- strong in documenting requirements, staying on task and in time, can own the feedback loops
- works well in fluid, self-directed environment
- can field quick usability and validation tests
- can apply a brand perspective in creative and unexpected ways to our core business platform
- sees the big picture, can design pro active and reactive work to elevate business
- must be comfortable presenting and communicating
