What You'll Be Working on
- Implementing marketing websites in Webflow. Designs will be provided.
- Improve and maintain existing Webflow projects with new functionalities and pages.
- Develop internal projects, tools and templates (e.g. flowremote.io)
You Should
- Have 2+ years of Webflow experience or launched at least 10 projects
- You have mastered layout and positioning settings and have no trouble recreating a design file 1-to-1 (pixel perfect) and making it responsive
- You work with styleguides & components and are familiar with using client-first (we exclusively develop with client-first)
- You can build your own page- and button animations / transitions
- You know (a bit) about SEO practices and optimizing for Google Lighthouse
- You have experience integrating low-code tools like Finsweet Attributes or Jetboost.
Other Requirements
- You speak and write English fluently
- You have great attention to detail and this shows in your work
- You can work autonomously and take initiative on your own
- Have at least 2 hours of overlap between 10:00 - 17:00 or 19:00 - 22:00 CET for online meeting (most communication is via Slack though)
A plus (but not expected) would be
- Being able to read and write Javascript/JQuery
- Have experience with integrations such as Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, etc.
- Have experience with REST APIs.
- Have a strong design portfolio. While this is a developer first job post, we prioritize applicants with a strong design portfolio and wish to work on design projects as well.

- We love it when our team can find ways to self-improve and work through problems. If you need clear tasks assigned to you at all times, this role may not be for you.
- If you’re currently working a full-time job OR can’t assign at least 12 hours a week, this role may not be for you.
- If you’ve just picked up Webflow, this role is not for you. We encourage you to keep improving your skills and apply in the future.
